1 /5 Pete Salcedo: Took my 2010 Chevy Malibu in because it would shut off from time to time and the check engine light came on. They did a diagnostic on it and determined that it needed a new ECU. Had the new ECU installed and picked up the car a week later. I then drove it for a day and noticed the same symptoms, so I returned the car and was told that they would run another diagnostic, but thought the problem was the fuse box. My car has been sitting in their lot now for over a month. After repeated calls, they now say they are waiting for the arrival of the part. I have ordered car parts from Amazon in the past and received them in less than a week. I am beyond frustrated at this point. There is no sense of urgency and their lack of ability to fix my car makes me wonder if they are even capable or masquerading as a auto repair shop. What happened to the true professionals?
