1 /5 Joe Benitez: Keiths Auto has been the worst experience I have ever had
I took my 2014 Mercedes got diagnosed for timing chain. They gave me a quote of $2,400 once they had the car then they called me told me they made a mistake on the labor hours if I could meet them. Halfways which was another $1,000. Then they call me back and said that my sprockets need to be replaced. That was another $1,000 for a total of $4,600
Less than 3 months later my car is making the same noise. I took it back to them. Big checked. It told me that they would do the work for free. I waited 2 weeks before I could take it in once he had it. I had to keep following up to see where we were at as far as me getting my car back. Then they come back that it is a crankshaft chain and that it would be $3,100. I was very upset at the way this whole matter was taken care of. Needless to say I had the the work done.
Much to my surprise once again they let me down. The air filter hose was ripped when I got the car back. Also the cover in front of the car was missing the plastic plugs to hold it down but yet nothing was said about this.
I do not recommend Keith Auto or nothing. I will be taking them to court for everything that was done. Misdiagnosed and the sloppy work they did.
Do not take your car to them!!! You will be disappointed
