5 /5 Aloha 2U: I just had my second epidural at Summit Surgical Center. The staff, facility and experience, both times, was excellent. As one might imagine, I was terrified of having a needle stuck in my spine. Knowing that, before during and after the procedure everyone took the time to make sure I was informed and comfortable. From the call schedule my appointment, to procedured day, to follow-up calls, everyone there was absolutely wonderful. Professional, kind, informative and fast friendly service. Family is treated equally well and cafe voucher is especially appreciated. This experience was more like a spa visit than an medical procedure! Lisa, Paula, Nancy, Joan, Anita, Melanie, Dr. Amireh and anyone else I missed: you bring excellence to patient care.

5 /5 Marjorie Wass: Excellent care from all staff. Very caring ,and personal. Super clean, pleasant considering why you are there. Nursing staff, anesthesiologist and Dr. Kasturi gave tops in care. My only suggestion is to have pre-op and post-op area warmer as even with multiple warm blankets provided, I froze brrrrrrr. I understand the surgery room has to be artic but please warm up the out of surgery areas for better patient comfort. Overall because of excellent care I give 5 stars. But please warm up the auxiliary rooms a bit.
