5 /5 YJ D: I’ve been a client for almost six or seven years, I dont remember anymore. From a client who goes in religiously every 6-8 weeks for a tightening or a new set of extensions, take it from me, this place is the best in quality of work and friendliness. Danielle the owner is present most of the time striking you with a huge smile when you walk in. The girls there are all true professionals and have been there since I started coming so it feels very comfortable going in. My go to hair dresser is Britney whos just GREAT in her work and also Nicole who is originally from Vegas and has this contagious bubbly uplifting spirit, shes fast, shes also good and overall a fun time. Its not often I take time to write a review specially a good one but this place deserves to be recognized. -Jenny D

1 /5 Sarah Guerette: Worst dye job in my whole life. I’ve been dying my hair for the past 10 years or so, so I have experience with hair dye both at home and at salons. Never have I had such a disappointing result. I am a college student who really doesn’t have a lot of money, so after a grueling year I wanted to do something for myself so I could feel good about my looks. I had been recommended this salon by a friend, whose hair always looks amazing so I was ready for some promising results. However both stylists that had done her hair don’t work there anymore so I was booked with Rose, who I was told was a great colorist. When I got there, Rose recommended against bleaching my hair to go copper, which I ignored, since I’ve always lightened it beforehand. She seemed annoyed at my request to bleach my hair anyway, annoyed about the time it would take. So I can only assume she rushed to compensate because I have no idea how else I could have such horrible results. She did the whole job in the sink, applying the bleach and the dye like shampoo, leaving the whole thing terribly uneven and lots of spots completely uncolored, just bleach yellow. On top of that, the cut afterwards was terribly uneven, leaving me with an awkward little yellow sideburn that will have to grow out. The good thing about this appointment is that at least, it’s only hair. The bad thing is that it set me back $270 for something I could’ve done much better by myself. I’ve never felt so ugly, but luckily I was able to pick up drugstore dye and fix it at home. Never going back here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Ive had extensions for 13 years and done in 3 different states. states. So I know from experience how Excellent Nicoles work is and the quality of product is amazing. Ill be a client for life.

1 /5 Debbie benton: I went in a few months ago had 8 tape extensions added and totally took advantage of me because they charged me $50 for each one ( totally ripped me off ) 2 days later all 8 of them fell out when I showered went back the next day to put them back in! Nervous about them coming out again I went In 2 days later to get a wash,blow dry & style & again charged me $80 for the worst blowout my hair looked better before he touch my hair. I call and complained and was told that I could come back and given 2 free blowouts. But I wasn’t going to go back after 3 times of the worst experience ever ! I really don’t think they know what they’re doing there. Totally over charged since they were making up prices as they go ! There are so many other places that you can go to and prices are reasonable and the work is so much better. They’re just Kids working there not much experience at all as it shows in their work obviously!
