After multiple contacts via texts and confirmation of an appointment, she bailed on me the morning of without even attempting to reschedule. I reached out multiple times to reschedule and attempted to request a refund. Instead, she ghosted on me and I never get to redeem my Groupon or get my refund. Unprofessional experience and also a thief ā will never ever go to this person.
