1 /5 Thanh Nguyen: I bought a Groupon deal for Samantha Bard’s services valued $63. After multiple contacts via texts and confirmation of an appointment, she bailed on me the morning of without even attempting to reschedule. I reached out multiple times to reschedule and attempted to request a refund. Instead, she ghosted on me and I never get to redeem my Groupon or get my refund. Unprofessional experience and also a thief — will never ever go to this person.

1 /5 Mariah C: Cory Cashier called my restaurant over 60 times to complain about not getting enough salsa in her grubhub order. She is absolutely unhinged and an absolute piece of work. She cussed me out because I could only give her two 4 oz containers of salsa and one side of cilantro and onions for free for her ONE bean rice and cheese burrito and refused to pay 99 cents for extra salsa. When I googled her full name and phone number, this business popped up, so I assume her customer service and hair cutting skills must be lacking considering she couldnt afford the dollar upcharge.
