I always read reviews and noticed a couple of negative reviews but I didnt let that discourage me. If I did ever have a problem, I would go back to tell them. We all pay good money getting our hair done. It usually a good idea to give them a chance to correct it. :)

She didnt waste my time but instead used that time to really consult and educate me on curly hair that honestly not many straight hair experts even know. She was kind, polite, and well rounded. Victoria Harrower: dont bother making an appointment, they wont check you in and they will call up people who arrived after you did. on friday i called asking about availability, they suggested making an appointment for monday. i did. i arrived for my 12 pm appointment at 12:03. i waited with the other people waiting. the barber called up someone who arrived after i did who tried to explain that i had arrived before him. i walked out at 12:20 without a haircut and without being checked in. insane that other customers need to stand up for you and you still wont get service here.
