5 /5 Jessica Powell: This salon is very relaxing unlike many I have been to with a poor environment. I got my hair toned again by Katy a few days ago and it looks and feels so amazing. Every time I go to see her she knows exactly what to do to keep my hair looking happy and healthy. This salon is not like the stereotypical salon environment. Everyone is welcoming and you can have a conversation with anyone freely. I love coming to see Katy because I know once I leave I’m going to be extremely satisfied and confident with my fresh hair. 10/10 would recommend

5 /5 Simply Facials Thousand Oaks: I just had highlights and a cut done by Sophie, and she is amazing! I wanted to go lighter, but my hair had a lot going on… dark roots, an old root touch-up from last year, and highlights from a different stylist. I have no idea how she worked her magic, but she gave me exactly the look I wanted. She clearly knows what she’s doing, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a stylist who’s great with color and cuts, I highly recommend Sophie!

5 /5 debbie paster: I have been going to Kim for my manicures and pedicures for the past 10 years. She is awesome! Always greets you with a smile, very caring and very professional. She specializes in natural nails and gels. I had the nails worst before I began going to Kim,now, theyre great. The salon itself is nice, clean and welcoming. I was concerned about pedicure bowls, but the ones there are copper and sanitized after each client! I highly recommend this salon.

I always see women and men walking out looking great. Attached is the last haircut I got from Lori. Going again tomorrow.

5 /5 chelsey shindler: Ive been going to Mary for my hair for about 5years now. Every time Mary does my hair, I feel beautiful. She listens, understands and applies her experience and turns every color and cut into an extraordinary masterpiece. In the past, I had so many hairdressers ruin my hair. Now that Mary does my hair, shell make a suggestion or well both agree that its time for a change, and I just let her take full lead. Everyone in the salon is attentive and nice, always checking that youre comfortable, and well taken care of. Ive referred several people to Mary, including my daughter, we just love her.

After multiple contacts via texts and confirmation of an appointment, she bailed on me the morning of without even attempting to reschedule. I reached out multiple times to reschedule and attempted to request a refund. Instead, she ghosted on me and I never get to redeem my Groupon or get my refund. Unprofessional experience and also a thief — will never ever go to this person.

Victoria Harrower: dont bother making an appointment, they wont check you in and they will call up people who arrived after you did. on friday i called asking about availability, they suggested making an appointment for monday. i did. i arrived for my 12 pm appointment at 12:03. i waited with the other people waiting. the barber called up someone who arrived after i did who tried to explain that i had arrived before him. i walked out at 12:20 without a haircut and without being checked in. insane that other customers need to stand up for you and you still wont get service here.
