Took the time to understand my situation and set forth a game plan that I was comfortable with. Lots of educational pieces as well. I’ve seen a handful of cardiologist in the Temecula Valley over the 18 years I’ve lived here and after one appointment I think he is a keeper.
Ahmed Medical Corporation - Temecula Janine Love: I totally agree with the other review. I have been to many doctor practices in my life, and this practice is run like a bad auto shop. I got in to see this doctor after waiting quite a bit and having xrays done. Saw him in his office, not an exam room, and he had obviously just had lunch with food stains on his sweater. I waited over an hour just to get my prescription from them, and was shuffled out of there after. After having my MRI completed, was brought back in and told my Dr Ahmeds Associate that I would need yet another MRI w/contrast as this one showed some unexplainable things. They would "Call" in my prescription refills, which never happened, and you could never get anyone on the phone to make that happen again. Knowing that they deal mostly with workmen comp situations, the office just felt very "Shady" to me, and I will never go back there. Horrible, Horrible Experience.
OasisMD Lifestyle Healthcare - Temecula Bharat: I recently visited Dr. David Chao, MD, at 27699 Jefferson Ave Suite 201, Temecula, CA. While he was pleasant to talk to, the appointment felt like a one-way conversation. He seemed uninterested in addressing additional concerns and had already made up his mind about the course of action. After briefly checking in, he mentioned an on-premises ultrasound and then said an MRI was needed before disappearing from the room. We waited for a long time, only to find out he had gone to lunch without informing us of the next steps. The staff eventually explained that Dr. Chao would decide on the next steps after the MRI results, but none of our other concerns were addressed. We were left without any information, and I was very unhappy with the experience. Despite this, he will charge the full amount to the insurance. I cant understand how he has good reviews on Google; they might be fake. I would not recommend visiting Dr. Chao.
Virtue Primary Care - The Office of Jeremy Gomer MD, PhD Internal Medicine - Temecula Jonathon Montanez: This was my first visit with this office and my first visit with a primary in almost a decade and it was the BEST medical visit Ive ever had. Every single one of the staff took the time to treat me like a human, patient or family member. The NP Evelyn spoke with me as if I were a friend and made me feel more comfortable than Ive ever felt speaking about medical concerns. The office is clean and organized, the staff is extremely friendly, efficient and funny.
This is how a Dr office and visit SHOULD be. Im so thrilled to have found a new home for my medical care.
Michelle Uttaburanont, MD - Temecula Rachel G: This doctor is very thorough and patient with patients. She doesn’t rush the appointment or dismiss your concerns, as some doctors do. She listens, understands, and communicates well. All my concerns were addressed. Everyone at the office (doctor, specialist, assistant, check-in office staff) were very kind and professional.
Teresa Geisinger, NP - Temecula Craig Burkett: Made an appointment at Trinity Medical was treated with the utmost respect by staff and nurses. Was asked a ton of questions by nurse she was very thorough.Was told doctor would be in shortly less than 3 minutes later Teresa G entered the room I was very impressed with her attitude knowledge and patience. She answered a myriad of question giving me straight forward answers.Took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me .Explained to me what tests were needed and how to contact the labs.The exemplary service she provided me was above and beyond.Thank you Teresa appreciate treating me with dignity and respect .When I left your office I gained valuable knowledge from you .Craig
Kristin Olah, MD - Temecula Susan Marston: I have been going to this medical group for over 6 years. Love dr. Olah. I called in the morning & asked to get a prescription to medicine to help with my COVID symptoms. I spent a lot of time in the hospital when my husband stayed there for his surgeries and probably picked it up there..My husband just got out of hospital from heart surgery and I needed to get better to take care of him. I left a message of how important this was. The person I talked to did not speak English well. Called back later in the day and the new person said it could be 1-2 days before someone will call. I drove to office. The receptionist told me dr Olah isn’t in on Mondays & to go & wait in the car and someone will call you. I waited over an hour for someone to call back. Meanwhile my husband is home alone. I went through the tribulations of computer hacking switching to Polomar & now back to Graybill. This is not the way a long time patient should be treated. I love Dr Olah but I will be looking for a new provider. Get your act together Graybill or you will lose more people. Feel free to contact me.
Cardiology Specialist Medical Group - Temecula Renee Bouffard: We have had a horrible experience with Dr. Messenger and his staff. They constantly cancel appointments and never return calls. We’ve been trying to contact the office for four weeks now to give us an update on my daughter’s medication and no one will get back to us. She has a serious medical condition and Dr. Messenger has failed to put in a prior authorization for her medication. We’ve made several attempts to get a hold of his medical assistant with no return calls going on week five now. Someone from the front office told us it was pending to only find out from our insurance that it’s not true. Front staff and his medical assistants are completely unprofessional and don’t care about their patients. My husband went to the office today and no one would help him or give him any information and they refused to contact a supervisor. We are moving forward with filing a complaint with the medical board. I would not recommend this cardiology medical group.
Christine Padilla, FNP-C - Temecula Melissa Lupercio: Doctor Christine Padilla has been great I feel she really addresses my concerns and gets the ball rolling on any referrals needed. I’ve only had positive experiences with every doctor NP, PA as well as assistants and front office. The way the staff works together makes the flow move quickly. I’ve never had to wait always in and out.
