    Ashley Poland: I truly can’t speak highly enough about Kelli and Spa Central. I’ve been to other estheticians and there’s no one like her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her treatments are heavenly. As a person, Kelli is caring and it’s apparent that she is passionate about what she does and her clients. She does a great job at customizing her treatments to meet your specific needs. I have referred several people to her who all have had positive experiences and have been grateful for the referral. Cannot recommend her enough!

    Aduel Vazquez: clean place with parking available. She was quick and kind, but I believe she is used to threading more woman eyebrows over guys. My eyebrows were unfortunately not even, and one was shorter than the other one. I am aware that my eyebrows have different shapes and lengths, but still, they look so different that I didnt like the way she left my eyebrows on ME. Pricing wise, I paid 14 dlls, so it wasnt expensive. I would have liked it if she had a consultation to ask and assess what my desired outcome would be, even if it cost me more.

    Sophia Strohmeyer: Linda was amazing! She worked out a pinched nerve and some tight muscles in my back that Ive had for two months! She was friendly and professional and very sweet. I would definitely recommend this place. Good prices and I felt so relaxed after!

    Daniella Rosalez: I just had an amazing experience at this salon! I went in not knowing what to expect, but after seeing all the great reviews, I was excited to try it out. I live in the area and was definitely not disappointed. I described the haircut I wanted and picked a color, and Monica took such good care of me. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I envisioned. They even fit me in for an eyebrow wax, and Elena did a great job! The atmosphere was fantastic too! 7 stars all the way!

    Kai: I don’t think they put a top coat on my nails. It looked strange but I thought it would dry to normal. The white tips are very thick on some fingers and next day the “top coat” is bubbling and peeling off. I didn’t realize until halfway through they were using USED emery boards and buffers which is a huge sanitation issue. They are very kind and accommodating but a $32 ($39 with tip) manicure should last longer than 24 hours. Edit: It’s been 24 hours and my nails are peeling off (this is regular polish, not gel). I have a wedding to attend tomorrow and I will have to repaint my nails in the morning :(

The staff here are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. Hannah has personally done all the nails in the photos below and her work is consistently flawless, but every member of the team is incredibly talented and professional. The salon has a warm family atmosphere, is always clean and their process is both efficient and thorough. After experiencing the exceptional service and care at Westlake Nails I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

    Ashley Aguilar: I’m sorry but literally the ugliest nails I’ve ever gotten they are chunky and boxy and the shape is just ghastly making my hands look like ogre hands. Nail tech literally drilling my skin. For the price of 136 for a simple manicure and short square (standard shape) acrylics I expect much better, especially in this area BeeCave. Customer service was good though maybe less joking around and more perfecting the craft #what I got vs what I wanted

I called on a Friday in the early afternoon and they said they were available to take me, so I drove over and they took me right away! Really great experience, efficient, and beautiful outcome. This past weekend I went with a design that I saw on TikTok and they mirrored the exact same picture but even better . They both worked on the design on my nails and I appreciate them so much.
