5 /5 Ashley Poland: I truly can’t speak highly enough about Kelli and Spa Central. I’ve been to other estheticians and there’s no one like her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her treatments are heavenly. As a person, Kelli is caring and it’s apparent that she is passionate about what she does and her clients. She does a great job at customizing her treatments to meet your specific needs. I have referred several people to her who all have had positive experiences and have been grateful for the referral. Cannot recommend her enough!

Unfortunately, scheduling an appointment was a constant challenge, as they were always fully booked, and the business was closed whenever I stopped by. While I appreciate that they eventually resolved the issue, the experience was frustrating and required a lot of persistence. If youre considering giving a gift card, I would recommend reaching out to confirm availability first to ensure its a good fit.

1 /5 David Morales: Usually don’t do this, but owner keeps harassing me with long messages. Including falsifying that I “pounded the door” and “interrupting service” lol if you cannot schedule an appointment for two years, just let it go, and stop harassing customers with false accusations. I have been polite in all my correspondence. I am a client and if I am forced to spend a gift card in this place and go through this amount of exhaustion please stop assuming I am interested in any kind of service. If you are not capable of providing proper customer service or be polite please stop falsifying customer information. As a customer, I am entitled to give a review of my experience. Please, stop harassing me!!! I don’t want to hear from you again.

5 /5 Randi Jiménez: I love coming here. It has a very calming ambience. The ladies here are so nice. Whatever service you get, you always feel relaxed and pampered. Everything is very clean and quiet. The only thing is if you cant find a parking spot on the street, the public lot their adjacent to is a pay lot.
