Nicole Fritz I went to Skincare Studio to get a facial on my 40th birthday. It was such a decadent, luxurious and peaceful experience. Karen’s attention to detail and meticulous practices are always appreciated (I go to her every month for my waxing needs) but this was my first experience with a facial and she made me look and feel like I was 10 years younger. 10 out of ten would recommend and she will make you feel like a GODDESS.

Beth Grossbier I had Georgia, Brooke, and Andi as my team of hair and makeup for my wedding day. Georgia gave me the hair of my dreams and I got SO many compliments on it throughout the night. Andi did a great job on my bridesmaids and my flower girl was obsessed with her sweet hairstyle. Brooke absolutely killed it with makeup. Everyone told me I looked like I was glowing! I felt so confident on my wedding day and I owe it all to them!

Kiah Twisselman AMAZING. The Twist+Co. team never disappoints! Ive had the pleasure of working with them as both a bride and bridesmaid over the years. They nail the classic, elegant, glamorous look that leaves me feeling like a superstar without being too much or making me not feel like myself. Besides their talented services, they have amazing vibes and will make you feel comfortable and beautiful for your special day! They are also wonderful with kids which is an awesome bonus for any littles that want to get dolled up too. I cannot recommend them enough!

Suzanne Gallaher Terrible customer service. I reached out to Twist + Co about scheduling a trial for bridal hair and makeup. They informed me that they require payment in full for the service immediately in order to even schedule an appointment. $350 is the cost for the entire service. I have never been to a salon where I am expected to pay in full before receiving a service. I offered instead to pay a $100 deposit, which is more than reasonable, but this offer was rejected. I myself am a small business owner and have a high respect for artists and their work, but this is unacceptable. The admin employee I spoke with, Kaylee, also treated me as if I was an inconvenience. I was initially excited to work with this company for my wedding but left very disappointed and am seeking services elsewhere.

R I finally got my first ever Brazilian wax and Lu was beyond amazing! She was so sweet and reassuring throughout the whole experience. She made me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable process. Its hard to just let go and open wide for a stranger but she was professional and kind. I definitely recommend her for your waxing needs.

Jayden Loewen Lupe is AMAZING!!!!! First off, she is super affordable. Secondly, she takes so much time on your skin and customizes what works/ doesn’t work on your skin. Your skin will be glowing + feeling amazing. Thirdly, she is so sweet and loves to know about you + your life. She is very professional and talented. If you’ve been wanting to get a facial done, Lupe is your girl. I cannot wait for my next apt ❤️✨

Kaseys hairstyling is consistently the "BEST" around in my book, but Ive heard the same compliments from other customers about the other stylists in this salon as well, including some of my co-workers. Teresa Hamers Brooke is Absolutely the BEST Lash Artist I’ve ever worked with. Not only do my lashes have longevity, but I’m complimented and asked regularly where I get my lashes done. Brooke’s schedule runs flawlessly as I’ve never had to wait for my appointments. If you haven’t had the opportunity for Brooke to work her magic then I highly recommend you allowing her transform you into the Goddess you were always meant to be!

Ashton Hendershot I used Brooke for my wedding makeup and absolutely loved the results! Her attention to detail and communication about what I wanted set her apart for me. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful soft glam for my wedding! I also had her do my lashes pre wedding and loved the results. She is the best in town!

2000tjs Kazia is so sweet and professional. She makes you feel very comfortable. Sugaring is the way to go! So much better than waxing. Also most relaxing facial I have had. My skin was glowing! Highly recommend her for all your skin care and hair removal needs.

Mattea Burgin I had such a relaxing facial. I love her space! It so clean and inviting! And she just let me relax and pampered my skin…the next day my face was so glowy, i felt so good about myself. I went back for sugaring! Definitely hurts less than regular waxing! Very pleased with my experience and will be coming back!

Tyler Hogan I love The Spa and my massage therapist, Danielle. I see her everytime I come in and she always works miracles on me. I reccomend this salon to everyone and the co-owner, Joelle, knows her way around curly hair which can be hard to find. You cant go wrong here with any of the stylists.

Joanie Welch Called the salon for an appointment, Marlene answered the phone, she said she would look to see if they had any appointments available at the time I requested. I was on hold for 3 minutes listening to the same annoying tune being played for her to finally come back and say to me "yes, hold on someone else is calling" . She then puts me on hold for another 3.5 minutes listening to same annoying tune before she came back ro tell me "No, there were no openings" Couldnt she tell the other call to hold, while she took care of me, her 1st call? Did she give that other call my appointment time? I wont be back. If Ultra cant get any extra help because they cant pay their employees enough (HUGE COORPORATION) then they dont care about the customers. They can raise their prices to the consumer, but cant pay for good employees

Karen Zelinsky I love shopping here. I have been shopping here almost monthly now. Everyone I have gotten help from has seemed very knowledgeable. Most of the employees have smiles and I have always been asked if I need any help but they are not over pushing a sale. Its easy to overspend if you are "window shopping"... (I never regret it) I enjoy looking at all the new things out on the shelves.

Kay-Lynn Cotta Made a last minute appt to have my hair done.. I scheduled with Diane. I went in only knowing I wanted change, more definition & to keep my natural red as the main color.. Diane perfectly executed the most subtle & beautiful highlights/lowlights I could have imagined! My mom would have been so happy with the outcome of my hair & honestly probably would’ve gone to Diane herself if she had the opportunity. Thank you Diane for taking the time to do my hair, I LOVE it!

Alicia Bartlett Sabel is an amazing hair stylist and a true color magician! She transformed my hair, bringing it back to life and making it healthier than ever. Shes an expert with hair extensions as well. After she installed and I enjoyed them for quite some time, my hair not only wasnt damaged after removal, but it actually grew! Marjorie Soller Took my teen to get her long one-length natural color hair, cut into layers with curtain bangs. Really nice salon with a peaceful vibe. Kendra was her stylist and did a great job. Sabel even consulted and helped blend her bangs. Much attention paid to hair texture, thickness, and cutting techniques for each. I was very impressed, and my daughter loves it!
