5 /5 R: I finally got my first ever Brazilian wax and Lu was beyond amazing! She was so sweet and reassuring throughout the whole experience. She made me feel comfortable during a very uncomfortable process. Its hard to just let go and open wide for a stranger but she was professional and kind. I definitely recommend her for your waxing needs.
