The facial was equally fantastic; my skin feels so refreshed and glowing. Amelie’s gentle touch and professionalism made the entire session such a treat. I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking to unwind and pamper themselves!

5 /5 Michelle Zhang: My first time at Transform for a scalp treatment, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff here are so welcoming and sweet. The space is clean, modern, and relaxing. Amelie at the front desk greeted me with genuine warmth, and Angela, who took care of my treatment, was incredibly patient and attentive—especially since I have a neck issue. She listened carefully to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt so relaxed, I actually dozed off! Truly an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

5 /5 Sara Paredes: A friend and I went to Transforms and got the Japanese Scalp Treatment. What a heavenly experience!! They did such a wonderful job from start to finish. They evaluated and took before pictures of my scalp. Then, upstairs to the treatment area. They have transformed the space into a very relaxing, comfortable treatment room. The actual treatment was wonderful. It was half exfoliation and cleaning and half massage. It was so lovely and pleasant from start to finish. Then they showed us after pictures when our treatment was done so we could actually see the difference. The women who did our treatments were extremely friendly and professional. Im five days from my treatment and my hair is still silky smooth and my scalp truly does feel clean and refreshed. I cant wait to do it again!

5 /5 Janel Smith: Had a wonderful experience here. They do a thorough scalp evaluation and you get to see how your scalp looks before any treatment. The experience was… life changing. lol! I had no idea how we are supposed to clean our scalp and the process is different from washing your hair! The massage was super nice and relaxing as well. Planning my next visit as I type this. I really really enjoyed my time here!

5 /5 Andrea Guerra: The most wonderful experience I’ve had at a head and beauty spa. I’ve been regularly going since December 2023 and have enjoyed every appointment. It is the perfect spot to go to treat yourself. Also, for a date with your best friend, sister, mom and boyfriend. So much great advice in care for hair and skin care. Since the first visit, I’ve had great conversations about improving my scalp. The products they use have been helping my goals in improving the irritation in my scalp and overall care. Lastly, the loveliest staff, such a great time with them, they are super sweet and again they provide the best service I’ve experienced thus far. Very knowledgeable in their work, I truly feel cared for during the sessions.
