Stacy M Joanne is an amazing lash artist! She is articulate and kind. My lashes always look good and they last more than the normal 2 weeks. She also does permanent makeup and makes sure that you are comfortable during the entire process. Fair prices and better work than the leading competitors. Highly recommended!!!

Yvonne Chang Love Joanne! I’ve been going to her for a few months and she is always the best. Her work is flawless and she is the sweetest and most professional lash person I have ever had. Always very accommodating and always checking everything is feeling ok. And her prices are the best in the area for such high quality work.

Nancy Billingsley Cindy has done both acrylic and natural nails for me. I come all the way from San Diego to get my nails done. I could never find anyone in San Diego who does Nails with the care that she gives.

Tabatha Sanchez This has been my nail salon for YEARS! I have left a review in the past but its time for a newer one ;) all the nail techs are amazing! Tammy is the owner. They are dedicated, hard working ladies and thrive to give you want you want, how you want it. Cindy is my main gel mani & pedi gal, but sometimes I go to Tammy when Cindy isnt available. They are both great! Best prices in town. Its a more simple salon so only 2 fancy pedicure chairs. I do a regular pedi, with the floor chair and a bucket of water. Its just as good! They are closed Sundays & Mondays :)

Kim Martinez 10/10 would recommend. This is my ultimate shop now. I grow my natural nails out and have had builder gel! I’m going to try bio-gel next week. This location is next to Dicks sporting goods. She’s amazing and always attentive to what I need. I do my hair, nails, and pedicure here. Julia literally is heaven sent and so sweet, I’m a forever customer now.

Amber Lindeen I have been going here for over 15 years. The staff is incredibly nice and everyone i have gone to has done a great job. They use quality products that last. Sometimes when i go in for my fill it doesn’t even look like i need one. They recently remodeled and it looks so nice and clam. I constantly get compliments on how nice and natural my nails look. Highly recommend.

Wyatt Yeager I have never walked out of a nail salon looking like this. I asked for the deluxe pedicure and I got a full set for $190.... and sat there for damn near 3 hours. Not only that I had to pay with check bc I wasn’t expecting such a high bill. The owner Vivian wrote all over my check and then wasn’t able to deposit it. So when I went back the next day to get a nail fixed (bc they did my nails so weak they were breaking and cracking just after one night) They sat me down like everything was perfectly fine and about 5 min into them Fixing my nail they had called police into the salon (about 7 officers) and then she brings up the check. Which I am dumb founded by bc when the officers looked at the check they asked my if I “messed up” the total amount which I did not. Vivian tried to make it a higher amount and cash the check and when that didn’t work she called the police on me instead of just asking me how to solve the problem. Moral of the story the women here are clowns , they will cut up all your cuticles (mine hurt so bad) and just over all the worst mani pedi I’ve ever got. And I e been getting my nails done for 6 years and went to trade school for nails. So I don’t expect every place to be a 10/10 but this right here was a 0/10. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Lakin Gray I got gel nails and they are already peeling I went out there over this past weekend and its now Friday got them done Sunday and they are now peeling never going back

Yaneth Renteria I absolutely love the service. I walked in without an appointment and was welcomed in with no problem. I only waited 15 minutes and Steven took care of me. Steven made me feel confident in choosing the design that I really liked. I chose to get almond shaped, acrylic nails, and Steven made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. I love my nails and would highly recommend getting your nails done here. I really appreciated the rest of the staff for greeting me as well. Honestly the whole staff is very friendly and kind.

Haley West Co Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited this salon on January 2nd for a hair appointment that ended up being a huge letdown. My appointment started at 2:30 PM and I didnt leave until about 6-7 hours later--far longer than anticipated. I explained to my stylist from the start that I wasnt sure what I wanted was fully achievable in one session and Id be okay with taking a gradual approach, but she assured me she could do it. Unfortunately, when it became clear she couldnt achieve the result I asked for, she seemed very rushed to finish up and get me out the door. If she had listened to me earlier and been more honest about what could realistically be done, I wouldve left with something I was happy with. Instead, I left feeling very unsatisfied. I called the salon to ask if I could come back in for a correction, and the person on the phone promised to check with the stylist and let me know if I could come back to fix my hair. However, I never received a follow-up call. The lack of communication and care only adds to my frustration. Overall, Im extremely disappointed with both the service and the outcome. I will not be returning to this salon and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

As a medical professional who uses alcohol based hand sanitizer 100+ times per shift, that says a lot.. I don’t even mind driving into the Valley (which I usually avoid). Will continue coming here exclusively. Elizabetta did my pedicure last month and it still looks awesome. (Please don’t mind the broken foot in brace). Worth every penny!

Have been coming here for about a year (used to go to Olivias but stopped going after too many bad experiences) Cathy is very attentive, sweet, and am always happy with my mani or pedi (I usually do gel) Call ahead to make an appointment, you wont regret it. The individual who provided my pedicure, referred to as "T," demonstrated a pleasant and gentle demeanor. However, considering the cost of $38.00 for the pedicure, I anticipated a more comprehensive service. The treatment solely involved the application of a sugar scrub to my legs, excluding my feet. Regrettably, there was no massage component. The lotion was hastily applied to my legs and feet, followed by a quick wipe with a towel. In contrast, the client seated next to me received a massage. While I acknowledge that she may have opted for a different type of pedicure (which I was not offered), I still expected a more substantial service beyond a cursory rub. The pedicure commenced promisingly, but approximately 30 minutes in, the pace noticeably accelerated, resulting in a rushed completion. The application of nail polish extended onto my cuticles and skin, leaving a rough texture. Furthermore, the clear coat is already peeling from the skin, and the softness of my feet remains unsatisfactory. Another concerning observation was the absence of any displayed licenses at each workstation, which is a legal requirement. My professional experience as a manicurist spanning over 20 years underscores the importance of adhering to such regulations. Additionally, after utilizing the cheese grater on my heels, a fresh towel should have been provided to prevent recontamination of my feet with the removed dead skin. Despite the positive ratings, my experience at this establishment fell short of expectations, and I will not be returning for future services.

This place is my to go-to for some self-care. Prices are reasonable. Most service i got were gel or nail polish on to of acrylic tips( they make tips look natural) Pedicure/ spa always great on the massage chair. Parking super easy at the plaza.

Zoe The only way to describe it is “lipstick on a pig”, the design was cute but the execution is AWFUL! I paid $120 for a manicure and pedicure for my nails to feel WORSE than when I came in. This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done and honestly regretted the experience and my money spent completely, never again…

Jazarie Low My mom, sister and I have been going here for a few months and LOVE their happy hour special! We go in for pedicure and always are satisfied. Sometimes they are too busy and it feels a bit rushed, but they still spend enough time to make sure we feel content. The ambiance is clean and the chairs are so comfortable. The location is also great — close to the freeway and very accessible with banks nearby and ample parking. Their color selection is superb, great reds for autumn! I haven’t had a chance to try their gel selection but their regular polish lasts for a while on my toes without chipping. 10/10 recommend!!

Stacy Lee Amazing establishment!! I wanted a Gel-X removal and application and I was seen right away even though I was a walk in. They were extremely professional and accommodating, I paid around $85 for a removal and an application of a whole new set and I’m so happy with the results !! I got my nails done by Vivianne she was so sweet and I will definitely be coming by here again. Best place in Simi.

Divine Queen This place is beautiful inside and definitely not what you expect, it is hidden in the cut, but beautiful and elegant I’ve you get in. The prices are reasonable. Boale did my nails and he was quick, thoughtful, and even suggested a better style for my birthday. 10/10 would recommend! You made a regular out of me.

Wendy Gharagozian Ive been going here for a few months now and this place is the BEST. Its very clean, bright and beautiful! I also take my mom here who is in a wheelchair and is not mobile. Donna does her nails. She always accommodates her and make her feel extra special. She is very gentle and does a beautiful job on my moms nails. Wendy does my nails and I couldnt be happier. Im always very indecisive and never know what color I want but Wendy chooses for me and I always love it!

My nails always last for an entire month, the shape is perfect every time, and they look flawless. Stephanie is incredibly personable, detail-oriented, and takes immense pride in her work. Kelly M Love this salon! I wish I found them sooner. The quality of their nails is wonderful! I’ve been to other salons where the gel peels off almost a day or two after being at the salon, but their gel doesn’t budge…it’s expertly applied and I’ve never had an issue. It’s a little pricey, but in my opinion it’s worth it.

Tali Goldson What a wonderful nail salon! The staff is super friendly and nice and I just loved the whole lay out of the place! Pricing is not outrageous and I had a great experience! This place is by appointment only and requests you to give your card information before your appointment, which was strange to me. Even after 3 weeks of getting my spa pedicure my feet and nails still look great! They use nontoxic materials as well which is a bonus!

Rupa Padaki Three of us went to get acrylic/gel nails and pedicures. My daughters’ were really good with their work and they were very happy. Mine, while the nails turned our pretty the lady who worked on mine was constantly on the phone talking and or texting and working with one hand. Four of my cuticles bled when she used the electric filer and not even an acknowledgment from her. Anything i asked her to do, like ‘can you please make it shorter’ or ‘can you add gold tip to one more nail’ the response was ‘no’ or ‘too late its closing time’! I had to come home and apply cuticle oil and massage as it was burning so much. All said and done, this was only 1 out 3 and the other two manicurists were really good and did a fantastic job. All three pedicurists were also awesome.

Devyn Keith I got a spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure. Service was fast and reasonably priced, however I left with color all over my fingers and powder under my nails, which has not been the case at other salons. Really wish they would have cleaned up my nails a little bit, but overall they turned out pretty good.

Lorri Hickey I was not impressed with the quality of nail fill I received or the pedicure. My nail technician was more interested in looking at his calendar and attending to my nails. I was not asked to wash my nails after the fill. Fill around my nail beds was left rigid. The nail technician filed into my cuticles on the side. Some of the nails have gaps between the acrylic in my nail bed. It looks like a weeks worth of growth. after applying the topcoat, I could still see some polish from the previous fill.

Daniela Gaudino Ok. For a place with 5 stars I wasnt impressed. She hurt me twice while doing my nails and one bleed. The pedicure was..ok...I wanted something extra like a deluxe but the guy never even asked and simply started so I assumed it was the only one they had. My nails do not look that great...My friend says they still look old and is like I havent get it done at all. The place is clean , service fast , people nice. Just the service needs to be improved.

Katie Rasmussen I’ve never been dissatisfied at nirvana day spa! The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. The staff makes you feel comfortable and they are accommodating to time frames or last minute appointments. Their massages are great quality and reasonably priced! I prefer the whole body deep tissue massage for 90 minutes!

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Debby wasn’t kidding when she said it would be a day full of learning—every single moment was packed with valuable information. She’s incredibly patient and clear when explaining concepts, ensuring I understood each step. The model I worked with was also one of Debby’s students, and she assured me that Debby would always be there to offer support, even after the training. And that’s absolutely true! Debby is always accessible and willing to help post-training. She’s a genuine and caring mentor, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to learn from her. This training was definitely worth the investment!

Melinda Guillen I have been receiving services from my fairy godmother for years now. My first session, Debbie was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. She would always make the best recommendations and would deliver results. While following her program, I lost over 20 pounds. I have received the following treatments from her, wood therapy, ice therapy, lymphatic drainage, wonder machine, and much more. She does have contracts for all her treatments which makes you feel 100% safer than your average body sculpting person. She has her massage therapy license and is very educated about her field. She is very driven and is always looking to expand her business. I always look forward to my appointments. she always feels like my personal therapist once I’m there. I continue to book with her because she is exceptional and affordable. I would recommend her to anybody 100%.

Christian Thomas Siqueiros Cannot recommend Debra enough. I get very nervous as man going to self-care places like these but she made me comfortable instantly and I had an amazing experience. I felt so relaxed and like I was on another planet. She is an amazing masseuse as well and I left with my scalp feeling squeaky clean and hair super soft!

Emma English Terrible service. The staff is extremely rude and messed up my nails. I asked for white chrome and did not receive that. The staff member refused to redo my nails without charging an additional $55.
