1 /5 Haley West Co: Extremely Disappointing Experience
I visited this salon on January 2nd for a hair appointment that ended up being a huge letdown.
My appointment started at 2:30 PM and I didnt leave until about 6-7 hours later--far longer than anticipated. I explained to my stylist from the start that I wasnt sure what I wanted was fully achievable in one session and Id be okay with taking a gradual approach, but she assured me she could do it.
Unfortunately, when it became clear she couldnt achieve the result I asked for, she seemed very rushed to finish up and get me out the door. If she had listened to me earlier and been more honest about what could realistically be done, I wouldve left with something I was happy with. Instead, I left feeling very unsatisfied.
I called the salon to ask if I could come back in for a correction, and the person on the phone promised to check with the stylist and let me know if I could come back to fix my hair. However, I never received a follow-up call. The lack of communication and care only adds to my frustration.
Overall, Im extremely disappointed with both the service and the outcome. I will not be returning to this salon and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
