Inna Manzhul Katie is absolutely amazing! I can’t believe how difficult it has been to find a good manicurist in a city like Los Angeles that delivers consistent and beautiful results. The Witching Hour is an intimate and clean nail salon that really takes the time to treat your nails with care! The photo attached is my manicure at 2 weeks, still lovely and not chipped! This is WILD for me as a person who works a lot with her hands! Thank you so much Katie, can’t wait to come back in a couple weeks to try some new fun designs!

Mariam Queen (Queen) Walking in I was immediately greeted, smiling faces everywhere. AMAZING COLORS. Many brands, many, many colors. Clean, well lit! Steven did my pedicure hes very friendly and gave me the perfect pedicure! Perry did my dip power ombre full set, she was quick and I love my nails!! Ez parking also a plus! Lusine Khachatryan Great customer service. All technicians are good and know all the techniques. Very easy to make appointment, even when it’s a last minute appointment or a minor fix. In fact, they are always busy. Prices are Very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Holly Walker I find it very disappointing to be a new customer and I had to wait an hour for my appointment even though I had already made my appointment I had to wait for a very long time. I was told that someone would be helping me in a few minutes but I didnt expect to have that long too wait. I figured it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait at most but an hour is really pushing it. And when the technician finally came to help me all she said was thank you for waiting not apologizing for taking so long. Its not good customer service to do that to customers and make them wait for a long time and they are new. I understand that the technicians are busy but there has to be better time management and making sure customers are feeling comfortable. I was not comfortable. I didnt think I would have to wait an hour either and not be told that it would take longer than a few minutes. The technician really didnt do a great job. Just mediocre. She didnt even give me a massage for my hands and arms and she barely gave me a massage for my feet and legs. She didnt help me out of the chair and she was really not very nice. I understand that the place was busy but I didnt feel taken care of by the staff. I read the reviews and thought this place would be a good place but I was disappointed with the long wait for an hour and the lack of communication and customer service. This was my first visit and more than likely my last. If I had driven myself I would have left but my friend took me so I waited but I dont think it is right for your staff not to be more diligent about time management and better customer service. Be attentive to all customers and make sure they are comfortable with how long it is taking especially when they made an appointment and they have to wait for a really long time and your staff needs to communicate better with the clients and not just talk about clients with other staff but make sure the client is comfortable and not waiting for an hour to get service especially when the client is new and not feeling comfortable with the lack of communication and customer care.

Ana Mejia Varsek did an amazing job! It was my first time going to this location and she made me feel catered to. She takes her time making sure your nails look perfect. Definitely will be coming back again and recommending others to this location.

Time Sands “Sands of Time” Aimee, Tiffany, and the rest of the ladies offer the best customer service! They have been taking care of my nails, waxing and massage since 2009. My nails always receive compliments not to mention my eyebrows! They can make any nail design, length or shape of nails. Make sure to make an appointment so that you can be seen. They never refuse walk-ins but I recommend calling before going. Great parking and everyone is so nice and helpful. Tellem Sands sent you, from the Google reviews.

Amireh Babaian (I had to repost this because i accidentally deleted it when trying to post my third visit with Hannah) Hannah did my nails today (08/24/23) and I absolutely love them! Her technique wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I got black coffin nails with gold glitter on the ring fingernails. She only took an hour. Overall good experience and I’ll be coming back to her next time.

D N One of the worst experiences of my life. They kept getting costumers and didn’t really do a good job. They were rushing and took 3 hours to get a pedicure and manicure. If you are like me that doing your nails is a pampered experience. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Left super stressed

Anu Kirupananthan Skip this place. They gave me a nail file to file the ends of my nails after I got home instead of doing a solid job in shop. I was also told the hair from my toes got into the nail polish. Haha! Even if this was true, maybe not something you tell your customer?

True Taurus First time visiting the salon. I was a walk in requesting a pedicure and manicure. I had an old set of powered gel acrylic nails that needed to be removed. It was a hard task but Thanks to Ruby she saved the day. My hands and feet were pampered and I love the quality of the service I received. I will definitely be returning.

Chloe Hartounian I refuse to go to anyone else to get my nails done. Arsineh is the best! I had a bad experience at a nail salon a few years ago, so ever since then I get very anxious getting my nails done. Arsineh is the only nail tech who has been respectful of my boundaries and is very gentle with cuticle care. My gel pedicures last for WEEKS! Not to mention she is incredibly sweet and just a pleasure to be around.

Brittany Maddock Went here for the first time today and absolutely LOVED IT! Kristine was my nail tech, and she paid such good attention to detail, and asked me what I liked and wanted adjusted along the way. Overall vibe of the salon is so nice, calming and extraordinarily clean. I got Gel X nail extensions done with nail art for a convention this week and they turned out great! Will definitely refer friends.

S.H. Jacobs This is THE nail salon to go to. Id bet my hard-earned money that you wont find a classier spot anywhere. I got a Russian manicure with hard gel that lasted 4 weeks! The best part is it looked so thin and incredibly natural. If youve never had a Russian manicure I plead with you to get one here, just once. Try it! I initially thought ""Russian Manicure" was just a gimicky way of advertising but no, theres a real difference. They are so meticulous and genuinely care about the health and quality of your natural nail. My manicure was over an hour. The pedicure was also ridiculously ahmaazzzing! The technician opened up a packet of "olive" scented goodies and put this concoction in my pedicure bath. I cant stress enough how luxurious it was. She then proceeded to pamper my feet with such care that I wondered if they thought I was a celebrity. When I glance around though, I saw they treated everyone this way. Whaaaat! This place is next level. And if you go, make you check out the bathroom which is so exquisitely designed that it belongs in a high-end hotel. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Tracy Simms My daughter and I visited this nail salon on 11/30/24 to celebrate her 19th birthday. I found this place on Google for Russian manicure and they do a FANTASTIC job and we will be back VERY soon. The customer service is GREAT, snacks, coffee and water are offered. The manicurist take their time and when theyre done your hands and nails look like the women in the fashion magazine. OMG the hand lotion that they use is good quality, none of that cheap lotion at your average nail salon. The nail salon itself is BEAUTIFUL, modern and classy. I raved about this place to a couple of co-workers and they are looking forward to their visit. Trust me you will not be disappointed coming here.

Dee Tramboni Gel x nails were done by an older Asian lady that didnt know where the nail tips were. That should have been my sign that she had no idea what she was doing, but I already waited 30 minutes after my appointment to be taken care of. One nail popped off a few days later, and I had to reshape them myself. Paint job was lumpy.

Susan Pilat As with any mail salon, There are lots of different people that can do your nails. Once you find one, stick with her or him! They provide great service and care about every single one of their customers. The owner will personally text you, And they generally genuinely do their best to give you great service. Whenever I come here the offer me coffee or tea and when they do the callus removal they spend at least 5 minutes, Versus other places that just do it for 2 minutes. They have done silk wrap gel nail Polish and the acrylic nails and they do beautiful work. Also the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place!

Anasheh Khodagholian Ive been coming to this salon for the last 5 years and thus far they have done an impeccable job. Today, I decided to get chrome gel mani. The nail tech who did my nails did not do it properly; a first for me here. I asked her to please redo the polish because its was thick and gritty. I offered to pay twice since it was a complete redo. The nail tech became visibly upset and had someone replace her. This new nail tech berated me the entire time she was taking off my polish. She was rough with my hands (picture attached), so I asked to please charge me for the pedicure and let me go. She charged me $61, for the pedicure and for the poorly done gel manicure that she took off. I was in shock. When I asked that she at least please put a proper polish on my nails, the entire team joined in on raising their voices at me, suggesting I was a difficult customer, "too picky to make happy." They bullied me into signing the sheet for my visa because when I said I will not, the nail tech shouted "Even better, I will charge you even more!" Im a tired nursing student. I just left here crying. This was a terrible experience. After all these years, I never imagined what happened today would even be a possibility. I understand these people work hard, which is why I never tip under $10 and I was firm in insisting to double pay today. Their attitude today was anything but professional and it really hurt my feelings.

Roxy Minasian I was long time customer, I went yesterday with my mother , they soaked our feet, and suddenly Lin left my mom to serve another customer.! My mom can’t wait in cold water. Also I noticed they don’t use the blue compound while they used it for other customers. I’m disappointed from their insulting behavior. There was no administrative person to complaint or provide good customer service.

Lylia Issa Soooo this all happened on my birthday I went to go get my nails done and the lady that was doing my nails couldn’t even handle the smell of the acrylic and was feeling sick and I ask what’s wrong and she proceeds to tell me that she hasn’t ate or drank any water because the owner didn’t give them breaks and that just broke my heart I’d never go back.

After the 5th day it started to fall and till the 7th day all the nails felt She is not a nail expert, I believe she is the ones that doing the cleaning , When I went there to tell them another person told me why you didn’’t come we will fix it, excuse me in 7 days all the nails felt , how you will fix it All the time they were talking with each other in a language, it’s not appropriate to talk other language

TAH Music I came for a pedicure for 29$. I was disappointed when I walked in at the smell (smelled like a dog grooming place or almost like dog poop/or a dog being groomed) and also the fact that they didn’t have normal spa massage chairs with the foot bowls. They only have regular sitting chairs and a basket filled with water. I was already here and tbh they were really friendly and nice so I stayed. The pedicure was great, however the main reason I get a pedicure is for ingrown toenail removal and they weren’t able to do that. One lady tried but it was ineffective. If they had regular pedicure chairs and someone who knew what they were doing when kit comes to ingrown toenail removal I would keep coming back, but due to those two things I won’t be.

Tara Daylami Extremely professional. Appointments always start on time. They never make a fuss about correcting a mistake. I’ve been coming here routinely (once a month) for about a year now. Kind of a bummer to see some of the other reviews of people who have only visited once. All that to say, if you care about timely appointments with kind staff + higher end products — especially ones that are non-toxic, vegan + cruelty free, I would recommend at least checking out this salon.
