04-2025 Sangeetha Balakrishnan, MD in Best 14 MD and Hospital near Fremont, CA (Part 4)Santa Clara Valley Medical Center - San Jose Umen Singh: Very rude staff at this hospital ranging from the security guards (male guard last name Aguilar on duty 3/15/25 around 3:30pm. I stopped by at his desk in the ER to ask for directions. He was on his cell phone and seemed to get really annoyed when bothered) stationed in the emergency room to the entire hospital staff. Staff will see clearly that you have questions and they will totally ignore you while they chit chat amongst themselves. Clearly they are in the wrong business of helping patients and their families. Wish the hospital administration had programs and trainings in place for employees to be more empathetic to patients and families when they visit the hospital. Goes a long way.
Ritesh Jha, M.D. - Fremont Мирјана Петровић: Dr. Jha did multiple ercp procedures for me. He is a very nice person, explains the procedure in details, answers all the questions, and, above all, does an excellent job.
Vivian Tsai, M.D. M.S. FACC - Fremont Sembiyan Thamizh: The Best...Im the patient of Dr. Tsai for the last 3 years..she is the best and listens carefully and understands and eventually explains clearly. She suggests on time periodic tests, scans and monitors your health really closely.
Kaiser Lab Fremont - Fremont Sindhuri Mamidi: Fremont Kaiser is literally the most laziest office I have ever been to! Santa Clara ofc is much better and prompt whenever I ask questions. The lady at the lab is always passive aggressive with all her patients. If you hate working so much may be just sit at home? Who is forcing her!
Hayward Wellness - Hayward Emari Jackson: I just called to make an appointment and they said they don’t have availability for all of February so I’m changing my pcp hoping to find a better one
Alameda Health System - Hayward Wellness Center - Hayward phil endre: Currently they are employing a nurse at one of there locations that has been stalking and harassing me, this nurse has tried to encourage and push me to commit suicide. Nurse Amador is a danger to any patient and is currently still trying to harass and stalk me. I’ve tried reaching out to administration about it but honestly they don’t care.
If you use any service through them please be careful. The nurse has gone out of the way to take personal information that was given to her supervisors to harass and threaten me.

On 12/20/23, She was unprofessional and hostile during a video visit. After repeatedly yelling at me, she hung up on me while I was trying to explain the reason why I needed her medical attention. This is the second time, I have experienced this cruelty.
I have complained about this doctor during my last office visit on 08/17/23.
She was nice to other patients, but she was very mean to me.
The hospital didn’t reprimand her. She is the cruelest doctor I have ever met in my entire life.
