phil endre: Currently they are employing a nurse at one of there locations that has been stalking and harassing me, this nurse has tried to encourage and push me to commit suicide. Nurse Amador is a danger to any patient and is currently still trying to harass and stalk me. I’ve tried reaching out to administration about it but honestly they don’t care. If you use any service through them please be careful. The nurse has gone out of the way to take personal information that was given to her supervisors to harass and threaten me.

Chidinma Barrett: Please avoid Dr Johri at your own risk. On 12/20/23, She was unprofessional and hostile during a video visit. After repeatedly yelling at me, she hung up on me while I was trying to explain the reason why I needed her medical attention. This is the second time, I have experienced this cruelty. I have complained about this doctor during my last office visit on 08/17/23. She was nice to other patients, but she was very mean to me. The hospital didn’t reprimand her. She is the cruelest doctor I have ever met in my entire life.

St. Rose Hospital: Emergency Room - Hayward

Steven French: Not a pleasant experience at all. I arrived worried I might be having heart issues. You will not be greeted by a person just a sign says to fill out a form. After some time, maybe 30min, I was interviewed about my issue. Maybe 30min later I was given an EKG and told to wait in the lobby. Three hours later I was advised the Dr was still too busy to discuss the results. In the end I never actually spoke to a Dr. Just a couple of nurses who only could say the Dr said the results didnt look too bad but that I needed to stay. Why stay if the results were OK? This had me still very anxious and nervous. I understand emergency rooms help in order if severity but I cannot accept that after that long not knowing if I was OK or not,that I wasnt worthy of 2 or 3 minutes from a Dr to calm my anxiety about my test results. I will not go back.

estefana sepulveda: 11/09/21 Horrible lady working front desk horrible standards and procedures Dr was taking long to take a family in they had to wait 1 hr pass their time. A new patient comes in and they attend HER first before the family waiting a whole hour, and they still had to wait another 45mins and guess how long it took to attend the family 10 freaking minutes!!! I understand completely why the family would complain and they werent even rude about it for the front desk worker to start laughing as soon as they walk out. My husband came to pick up a LETTER that was supposed to be done at 10 am. Its 3:12 and weve been here since 2:30. Horrible horrible horrible. Cant wait to go to the next higher up to complain.

I felt she disregarded my concerns so she could hurry up and clock out. As a women’s doctor, you’d think she would be more attentive to other women’s concerns but no. If I could give them 0 stars I would, if you have the option, please do not come here. Find a physician who cares and takes patients seriously.
