Santa Clara ofc is much better and prompt whenever I ask questions. The lady at the lab is always passive aggressive with all her patients. If you hate working so much may be just sit at home? Who is forcing her!
Hayward Wellness - Hayward Emari Jackson: I just called to make an appointment and they said they don’t have availability for all of February so I’m changing my pcp hoping to find a better one
Alameda Health System - Hayward Wellness Center - Hayward phil endre: Currently they are employing a nurse at one of there locations that has been stalking and harassing me, this nurse has tried to encourage and push me to commit suicide. Nurse Amador is a danger to any patient and is currently still trying to harass and stalk me. I’ve tried reaching out to administration about it but honestly they don’t care.
If you use any service through them please be careful. The nurse has gone out of the way to take personal information that was given to her supervisors to harass and threaten me.

On 12/20/23, She was unprofessional and hostile during a video visit. After repeatedly yelling at me, she hung up on me while I was trying to explain the reason why I needed her medical attention. This is the second time, I have experienced this cruelty.
I have complained about this doctor during my last office visit on 08/17/23.
She was nice to other patients, but she was very mean to me.
The hospital didn’t reprimand her. She is the cruelest doctor I have ever met in my entire life.
St. Rose Hospital: Emergency Room - Hayward Steven French: Not a pleasant experience at all. I arrived worried I might be having heart issues. You will not be greeted by a person just a sign says to fill out a form. After some time, maybe 30min, I was interviewed about my issue. Maybe 30min later I was given an EKG and told to wait in the lobby. Three hours later I was advised the Dr was still too busy to discuss the results. In the end I never actually spoke to a Dr. Just a couple of nurses who only could say the Dr said the results didnt look too bad but that I needed to stay. Why stay if the results were OK? This had me still very anxious and nervous. I understand emergency rooms help in order if severity but I cannot accept that after that long not knowing if I was OK or not,that I wasnt worthy of 2 or 3 minutes from a Dr to calm my anxiety about my test results. I will not go back.

First off the doctors dont take you serious and make fun of the patients as soon as they leave your door. Violation of my rights withholding all my personal information.
If I could get my time back for visiting this clinic I would 1009 percent would in a heart beat
Not only did they waste my time and didnt do anything because their lab is not working
This place only steals your time that is charged to the insurance company for their profit gains
Unprofessional
Inexperienced
And just simply need all types of training.
Definitely will never return
