1 /5 Cynthiamarie-Daniel Judge Music: This is a horrible business that does professional negligence and unconstitutional practices to cause emotional and financial harm to their clients. They need a code enforcement inspection, have their human endangerment practices recalled and give settlements to their clients. They need to close down and a new non-threatening practice needs to be established.

1 /5 Katie: It is a crime to have people waiting on the phone for hours with no indication of wait time, or a call back feature, i am pulling my hair out with this system. People have lives and cannot sit on the phone for hours waiting to hear from a person. I have called right when the office is supposed to open and later in the day after lunch, yet no sucess. People work and are unable to visit the office sometimes, I have small children at home and a baby and feel unsfae alone in the city. The county needs to do better, either the employees are overloaded and they need to hire more people, or they are stealing time and incompetent. I feel sick from this experience, we should not be treated like this.

1 /5 Ashelly Rodriguez: Case workers and supervisors need to change there voicemail because there doing False advertisement they say they will get back to you 24 hours but its been 3 weeks I havent received a call back! Did I hear sueing time???

1 /5 dee wolfe: Visiting a friend and we went here for some stuff for her. We were treated unfairly, the employees are rude and unhelpful. Rude employees cannot be said enough. One lady wouldnt stop overtaking us when we were trying to explain. They didnt care, it was their way or no way... awful people.

1 /5 Umbra Veil: Online services are arduously long. I was calling them yesterday and today and have been waiting to the holding-lobby music for hours. Still have no response. They need either more staff or a better calling protocol.
