After 30+ years with an other hairdresser, i was not sure if i would like how someone else cut my hair. To my surprise, I LOVE IT. Already made my next appointment.
Guys & Dolls Hair Parlour and Boutique - Huntington Beach Alexis F: Best new barbershop and salon in Huntington Beach!!! Nick (my barber) and Hannah have been in the business forever and have finally opened their own shop! Nick has been my barber for almost 5 years and hes so good at mens cuts that Ive followed him from location to location, but now I wont have too. Nick is accommodating, he listens to your likes and dislikes and can execute with precision. From what I hear, Hannah is an equally amazing hair stylist. For the quality and experience that you get at Guys and Dolls, they are priced fairly. The place is relaxed, the staff is personable and there is always something cold on tap if you enjoy a beverage during your cut. If you are looking for an excellent barber or hairstylist or just looking for a change of scene from your current barbershop or salon, check this place out--they will not disappoint!!
Cotton Blow Dry Bar - Huntington Beach Carrie Stearns: Called today 8/13/24 to make a booking for 5 people, when I mentioned my confusion that there were 3 different prices for the same service the lady replied, "Are you going to make a booking or are you just waisting my time?" She was just plain rude... when Im simply asking questions before spending a large amount with Cotton Blow Dry Bar. Sorry for waisting your time! Customer service is just not important to some businesses, even when they are in the service industry. Go somewhere else!

Hair by Jessie Lu - Huntington Beach Brenda Espino: I cannot recommend Jessica enough! She did an absolutely phenomenal job on my hair and the hair of all my bridesmaids for my wedding day. From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in expert hands. She is quick, efficient, and truly talented at what she does. Everyone loved their hair, and we all felt gorgeous and confident the entire day.
I have been seeing Jessica for a while now, ever since I was getting ready for my bachelorette party. My hair is naturally thin and I’ve always struggled with volume, so I went to Jessica for hair extensions. She is a master at them! I’ve never felt more confident with my hair, and knowing that I could trust her to make me feel beautiful on my wedding day was such a relief.
On top of her skill, Jessica is incredibly kind and sweet. She made everyone feel comfortable, and we all had such a great time during the hair styling process. My hair lasted all night, even through dancing, and I received so many compliments.
Jessica is the best, and I would recommend her over and over again. She truly made me feel like the best version of myself on one of the most important days of my life!
Dori Does Hair - Huntington Beach Sea Gabs Go: Dori does a beautiful job! I love coming to my get color and haircut with her! She relocated from the LBC to HB, and Ill always make the short drive to come get my hair pampered! Im a really low-maintenance person, and Im not as mindful of my hair as I should be, but every time I come to see Dori, she always rejuvenates me and my hair! Thank you Dori!!!
Estanzia Salon & Spa - Roseville Nikki Hughed: 100% Macey! My dark hair grows gray diamonds randomly so I wanted something easy to maintain. She took the time to walk me through several options and even sent me some example pictures. We decided to go with gray blending. My results were incredibly! Macey is wonderful!

The Girls Salon - Roseville Aurelia Starkey: Jessica has been doing my hair for a while now and I have been impressed with her attention to detail. For my latest appointment I wanted a full highlight and several inches cut off of the length. She exceeded my expectations in both. The cut is blended so well and the highlights are natural looking while also creating a lot of brightness. She always takes her time to create the very best outcome possible. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who wants quality service from someone who really cares.
