She listened to what I wanted & consulted me every step of the process. Emma worked magic & talent plus skills to provide me the exact color I requested. Emma was so easy to converse with & made me feel comfortable even though I had never been to this salon before. It’s rare to get quality services along with genuine concern for the customers but I was given both.

5 /5 Amanda Sillivan: Tiffany was so nice & made me feel very comfortable coming into the salon. My hair cut turned out perfectly and just how I wanted, I loved that she walked me through all the steps she was doing. Can’t wait to come back and get my hair colored by her!

2 /5 CSKC: I was underwhelmed with this place. The girl who helped me was as not very polite, and frankly just rude at times. She did an alright job on my hair, but I was just expecting more because of all the great reviews and for how expensive it was. The salon sent me a text message for a review, so I sent one back, but I didn’t get a response. So I don’t know what the point of that was? I definitely will not be going back. I’m sure there are other places where the people are nicer.

She took time with each girl, paid such incredible attention to detail, and created a calming and soothing environment for both girls, but especially with respect to my kiddo on the spectrum. 10/10 would recommend.

Zack Designs: I recently visited W Salon Suites and was quite disappointed with my experience, particularly with the service provided by Megan Frederick or Saunders? First, the salon practices were far from professional. The tools did not appear to be sanitized between clients, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the salon left much to be desired. There was hair scattered on the floor and stations seemed cluttered and disorganized. When it came to the actual service, I was quite taken aback by Megan’s poor customer service skills. She did not greet me warmly or make any effort to make me feel comfortable during my visit. Throughout the appointment, she seemed disinterested and did not engage in any conversation to understand my preferences or to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Furthermore, her handshake at the beginning of the session was weak and unprofessional, which did not inspire confidence. Overall, my experience at W Salon Suites was not up to the standard I expected, largely due to Megan Saunders’ lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I hope the salon takes steps to address these issues to improve the experience for future clients.

Mallory enhanced my hair color with lowlights and highlights and it is GORGEOUS! I thought I was over my red color—then Mallory showed me how dynamic it can be and I am living for how she made it pop. Liliane moved me to happy tears with how she understood what I wanted and needed for my haircut when I couldn’t even fully express what I wanted. The cut is EVERYTHING! Together, Mallory and Liliane gave me back my spark. The salon is comfortable, beautiful, and clean. I’m nosy and all the other stylists were also doing really cool cuts and colors. Just a wonderful vibe. I’m so happy I found this salon, Mallory and Liliane. I can’t wait to see what we do at my next appt. Book today, you’ll be so happy you did!!!
