5 /5 Irene McGregor: May 6th was a Monday, I thought I had made a appointment with Yuriy, I walked in 11:00 am, Edgar was giving Yuriy a haircut and it happened to be Yuriy day off, I drove all the way from the AV and my daughter was on here way from SD to get a haircut also with Yuriy, I was thinking what the heck happened, but Yuriy came through like a professional person who I have known since his Beverly Hills days at Juan Juan… This was a Mother’s Day treat for me and a treat for my daughter’s birthday from me. Anywho,… Yuriy gave me a beautiful blunt cut. Always satisfied with his precision cutting skills. I read about Edgar’s professional work in coloring and I wanted to brighten my hair from a salt and pepper to blonde highlights. This day was meant to happen for a reason , That’s what Yuriy kept telling me, as I kept apologizing for getting the date wrong. I love my haircut, I love my color. My daughter loves her hair cut. Thank you Yuriy and Edgar for a wonderful experience.

I had a scheduled appointment, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been canceled. This was especially upsetting as I had rearranged my schedule and made significant efforts to attend. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. It’s frustrating to feel that there’s a lack of communication and accountability in these situations, which reflects poorly on the level of service. It’s not just the inconvenience—it’s the sense that my time and loyalty as a customer are not being valued. I also want to highlight an imbalance in how cancellations and delays are handled. If I cancel, I am charged a $25 fee, and if I am late, my appointment is canceled. Yet when your team cancels or is running late, I am expected to accommodate delays of 30 minutes to an hour without consideration for my schedule. I truly hope this feedback encourages your team to make improvements to the scheduling and communication process. I’ve always appreciated your services, but consistency and respect for clients’ time are just as important as the quality of your work. Very careless towards the customer.
