Fair pricing (better than dealership), constant communication, good advisement on what service needed to be done and what could wait. My overall impression is that these guys care for the customers, and put the customers interests before theirs. They are courteous, communicate very clearly and text you along the way. I felt confident when I dropped off my car, and was even more confident that I found a good mechanic after the experience.
