Andy M I dont know where to start.
When arrived the office was empty. I had to get the mechanic attention from the shop. Once the mechanic quoted me, he then said that for service 1, it would be 20 minutes, and service 2 would be 15 mins. I figured hey, lets go to Target, which is near, and by the time we are back, its all set. 40 minutes later we arrive and theres multiple cars awaiting to be service and we decide to wait in office. As we are waiting, a family shows up with a van needing some repairs as well. The mechanic stops my car and helps the guy with the family van. I came out, and the mechanic told me I had almost done wait inside. Meanwhile, there are multiple men just lounging in the repair garage. I had no clue who works here or what. Then, as I step away from the working area, I can see the guy with the family van helping the mechanic fix my car. Then I was more confused because why is this random person that doesnt work here fixing my car when hes here to fix his van. 2 hours later, the car is ready. As hes finishing up everything, he says your coolant is empty. Which is odd because I was at Jiffy Lube yesterday, and it was full. So I had no choice but to add coolant, and at this point, I was ready to leave.

Ghost Hunter At first, I would agree with the almost 5 star rating but when you tell someone that you’re not going to charge them to look at your car and then when you get there, they tell you that it’s going to cost you which would’ve been fine but the boss or whoever runs the place told me he couldn’t do it for no charge and he decided not to even really talk to me or tell me how much it was just essentially walk away from me and ignore me
