Егор Семенов Excellent service. bought a car, started to re-register at the DMV, asked to pass a smog check, the car is diesel and as it turned out not everyone does a smog check for diesel, I urgently needed to make a smog check. I was advised to go to Armpro Auto Services. I was met by Gnel Oganesyan. Very kind and friendly master. Registration took 2 minutes, the smog check took half an hour, everything is very high quality, fast, very pleased and will recommend to everyone.

Spencer Latimer We are in Sacramento from out of town. Our air conditioner stopped working and we needed it fixed. Moss and his team are honest and professional. They diagnosed the issue and showed us the problem. It was late in the day, so he ordered the part for delivery the next morning. We left with the vehicle and returned the next morning. All in all our car was in the shop for less than 2 hrs to diagnose the issue, order parts and repair. All done for a reasonable price. Matt Brought my 2012 Dodge Ram 5500 Flatbed tow truck because it had a problem with the fuel system and he was the nearest shop to my lot. The guy came and diagnosed the vehicle within 15 minutes and told me to replace the wiring for injectors. Replaced it in a couple hours, problem went away. Very respectful people. Highly recommend.

Ed Barnes I want to thank Hans and Alex who took hands on from the beginning to the end with our Jaguar. Hans and his team of mechanics at British Car Service is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our Jaguar F-Type convertible WITHOUT the sales pitch. After coming home from work one evening I had a really strong gas smell coming from the front engine. Called British Car Service the next morning and spoke with Hans and explained to him of the issue and made an appointment to have our vehicle to get towed in. Day of the drop off of our vehicle I also requested I may need a rear differential oil change and Hans said it was not needed since its only needed after 150K miles (we only had 70K miles on our car). Hans called me the next day of their findings of the gas smell. It was the rear bank 1 fuel feed line that Stewarts Automotive in Sacramento that damaged installing the new fuel pump and injectors (cost me $3000 for this job with Stewarts Automotive). I used to be a long time client of 18 years of Stewarts Automotive but NEVER again cause of all the issues they have caused with my vehicle. It was one thing after another and I questioned their work which now confirms my concerns. The day can came when Alex calls me that my car is ready for pick up. Came in and he showed me the damaged parts. Our car runs like a champ again. I cannot say enough of how thankful my wife and I are that we finally found a British auto mechanic that is to the point and honest of what needs repairs and what does not. Thank you again.

Bill Brasky The person working the front desk is about as rude and miserable as they come. I was right around the corner and called four or five times to see if they even work on my vehicle. I showed up and the woman very reluctantly asked a couple questions and said no they dont answer the phone. The mechanic isnt going to stop and quote everyone shopping around. Ivan Neeley This was the worst customer experience that I have ever had in my life anywhere. I thought I might need to replace my twelve volt outlet. I did not know if it needed a fuse, or if the whole unit would need to be replaced. I went there because I was recommended by another auto-repair store that did not do that kind of work. So I went to Cal auto on fruitridge just to ask them if they did that type of work. When I pulled up I asked the attendant if they did that type of work. The attendant told me that it would be $125.00 for a diagnostic. I told him that I did not need a diagnostic yet. I just wanted to know if they did that type of work. He then told me that he would charge me $125.00 just to tell me If they fix such a thing. I had visited four auto repair shops and they all told me that they did not fix 12v outlets. Cal auto wanted to charge me $125.00 just to tell me if they fix 12v outlets or not. They wouldnt even look in the direction of my vehicle. I immediately left them. I will never give them any of my business, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone that I know. The next day I went to Southern Sounds Custom audio on Florin road. I asked the guy there if they fixed 12v outlets. He answered yes and told me that it was $85.00 for a diagnostic, And if the repair was cheaper than $85.00 then there was only the diagnostic charge. He checked the outlet with a probe and told me that he would not charge me anything. The problem was with my faulty bluetooth charger and not the 12 volt. I gave him twenty bucks out of gratitude and asked him for business cards to pass to my friends, and co-workers. Screw Cal auto. I am sorry but that is honestly how I feel. Zero stars from me. I do not care how good of work they actually do. I will never go there.

Andy M I dont know where to start. When arrived the office was empty. I had to get the mechanic attention from the shop. Once the mechanic quoted me, he then said that for service 1, it would be 20 minutes, and service 2 would be 15 mins. I figured hey, lets go to Target, which is near, and by the time we are back, its all set. 40 minutes later we arrive and theres multiple cars awaiting to be service and we decide to wait in office. As we are waiting, a family shows up with a van needing some repairs as well. The mechanic stops my car and helps the guy with the family van. I came out, and the mechanic told me I had almost done wait inside. Meanwhile, there are multiple men just lounging in the repair garage. I had no clue who works here or what. Then, as I step away from the working area, I can see the guy with the family van helping the mechanic fix my car. Then I was more confused because why is this random person that doesnt work here fixing my car when hes here to fix his van. 2 hours later, the car is ready. As hes finishing up everything, he says your coolant is empty. Which is odd because I was at Jiffy Lube yesterday, and it was full. So I had no choice but to add coolant, and at this point, I was ready to leave.

Ghost Hunter At first, I would agree with the almost 5 star rating but when you tell someone that you’re not going to charge them to look at your car and then when you get there, they tell you that it’s going to cost you which would’ve been fine but the boss or whoever runs the place told me he couldn’t do it for no charge and he decided not to even really talk to me or tell me how much it was just essentially walk away from me and ignore me

april biggins AMAZING!! My jeep was making a knocking sound, flashing oil pressure indicator and turned off while driving. When I called this morning and was telling Jose about the symptoms we both thought big repairs were going to be needed and I was stressed. He called me this afternoon and said he ran some diagnostics and everything was fine with my engine but the oil level was extremely low. He could have told me I needed a new engine and I would have believed him. Im so extremely thankful for his honesty and integrity. He didnt even charge me the full amount for diagnostic fees. I didnt have to ask for any discounts, he was just a kind human being and did what was fair off the bat. Definitely my go to mechanic from now on!!
