Garen Iskandaryan: My Tesla Model X suspention was making loud noises and pulling left and right violently.. Took my car to Woodcrest Auto, They quoted $92 to diagnose the issue.. 3 months earlier, while replacing the control arms, the Tesla dealer forgot to tighten one of the bolts, and it had fallen off the car. Woodcrest auto found the issue and replaced the bolt with minimal wait time. They charged me Nothing for the job despite the quote. They did more than an hour worth of work on my car. I insisted to pay something but was unable to convince them otherwise. A special thanks to the owner for the small town hospitality.. They will treat you like family. Im very grateful for their efforts... I highly recommend them. Thank you for fixing my car!

Esmeralda Hernandez: I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and coolant leak in April. Three weeks later, my passenger tire fell off while i was driving with my kids. The lugnuts were over torqued, causing them to be striped. Over time,they became loose, causing my tire to fall off. It caused damage to my car. I keep calling to see the status, and they keep telling me they havent checked the cameras. They dont call me. Plus, they didnt fill up my coolant, and its empty now. Ive had my car since 2012 and I never had a problem since I took it to this mechanic shop. I just want them to fix my car.

Shuo Chen: Avoid this place! They charged me $120 for a front right brake noise inspection and found nothing, yet pushed a $1,000 brake replacement just because my pads were "cheap." I replaced them elsewhere and found the real issue—previous incorrectly installed rotors causing rust buildup and lead to the noise. If RPM had truly inspected my brakes, they should have caught this. But they don’t, And still charge exorbitant inspection fees!

Malik Campbell: This is my 2nd time coming to Dalcar auto repair Dalton, the Owner is very wise with 40+ years in experience in the auto repair business I came in for a oil change for my 2010 Mercedes c300 and walked out with a great service but not only the service I walked out with a lot of knowledge on my car that I did not know about from the inspection Dalton gave me. He was very informative and gave me the best advice on some repairs that I need he gave me a free fluid re fill, filled up the air in all my tires and checked on any other concerns I had with my car I’m very very grateful for the customer service he gave me super satisfied and can’t wait to bring my car back to get repaired and maintained I only deal with the best and I can say by far Dalton is the best I hope my testimony encourages others to trust in Dalton and his team with their car.
