    Betty Collins: Awaited over 2 hours for a scheduled MRI appointment. Being told one story after the next. Do they only have one technician? Why is their a need for an appointment? Appears first come first served.

    Brandon Pendleton: Zero communication, they have diagnosed twice and both times were wrong, Dr. Sanders is wonderful, unfortunately we had one encounter with a Dr that “you will respect my expertise”, you may be a professional doctor that doesn’t not make you a professional of our child. We were simply expressing the SAME office diagnose her wrong also. And wanted someone to listen instead she took it personal and started throwing flak at my wife. The team switches between two offices and sometimes they do not disclose this so you end at one office or the other. Some not all are spiteful and break hippa by talking amongst themselves about your children. Unfortunately this is one of those, no one else is available and we got stuck with the lowest reviewed care providers. (They had a previous listing with much lower of a rating) Learn to be humble, meet in the middle, learn to communicate with patients and their parents better. Over all it’s been a terrible experience - worst experience at a care provider I’ve ever had.

    Harris Wolfson: Im getting up there in age - I have dealt with many doctors. I not only like Dr. Munichs bedside manner, he is very well informed, professional, and stays up-to- date with whats going on in the medical profession. I would highly recommend him!

    Daisy Huerta: Horrible service. Once someone answers the phone you’d think they would schedule you for an appointment but all they do is take down your number and info and NEVER call you back. It’s horrible service. Specially when you are dealing with a broken bone.

    sheshickey: Husband was a concierge patient who was ghosted in October, 2024 when he desperately needed medical attention. I called the office four times over two days and never received a return call. $1,000 doesnt get you much these days. Not even the courtesy of a telephone call.

    Josh Jones: It took a while to get an appointment, but that is to be expected. I arrived to the appt early and they got me in about 7 min late. This time was deducted from what Im guessing is 30 min time limits, when I asked about this I was told to talk to amazon. After the prelim blood pressure and family history talk there was no time to go over what I was there for in the first place. I really enjoyed the first two doctors I had, unfortunately the last two not so much. I wont be returning

    Stephanie Curreri-Duff: So I’ve been a patient since I was 16 years old and I’m now 53. Have brought my children in several times today I had an serious emergency and in the midst I failed to remember my appointment. I understand this was my mistake, as we all make them when we’re human. So I called to apologize and try and reschedule. The woman said Very condescendingly, I’m sorry we cannot reschedule you at this time. I will have to talk to my manager and see if it’s possible. For such a long term patient, That was a slap in the face. and I just said oh no no I’ll go somewhere else thank you. I don’t recommend going there. If you don’t want to be treated like a second-class citizen.
