5 /5 Jeanine Lin: My MD of many many years retired several months ago and it took me a couple of months to find a doctor that was accepting new patients. Well it was worth the wait! I didnt have any "illness" reasons to see the Dr., but was booked an initial "meet and greet" appointment. I was told the appointment would take about 30 minutes, and possibly a 30 minute wait time. I arrived to my appointment on time and was called in for my appointment after a 10 minute wait time (which in my experience with all doctors is pretty good!). As I was waiting and other patients were coming in and out, I noticed that the staff members knew everyone by name, without having to ask their name.
Dr. Landfield came in and introduced himself, shook my hand and immediately made me feel comfortable. We spent the next 20-ish minutes going through my health history and I felt that was genuinely paying attention to me (he was taking notes but not on a computer so he was making eye contact with me, unlike the ONE Medical doctor I tried out). All in all, it was a good first visit, and I imagine that they will all be as complete and thorough.
