MarinHealth Orthopedic Care | A UCSF Health Clinic - San Rafael
Daisy Huerta: Horrible service. Once someone answers the phone you’d think they would schedule you for an appointment but all they do is take down your number and info and NEVER call you back. It’s horrible service. Specially when you are dealing with a broken bone.
First Med Marin: Barry Landfield, MD - Greenbrae
sheshickey: Husband was a concierge patient who was ghosted in October, 2024 when he desperately needed medical attention. I called the office four times over two days and never received a return call. $1,000 doesnt get you much these days. Not even the courtesy of a telephone call.
Dr. Drew E. Maris, MD, DAAFM - San Rafael
Shar S. Carlyle: Highly recommend Dr. Maris. He is an exceptional clinician who truly listens to the patient, and has provided invaluable medical advice.
One Medical: Bon Air Center - Greenbrae
Josh Jones: It took a while to get an appointment, but that is to be expected. I arrived to the appt early and they got me in about 7 min late. This time was deducted from what Im guessing is 30 min time limits, when I asked about this I was told to talk to amazon. After the prelim blood pressure and family history talk there was no time to go over what I was there for in the first place. I really enjoyed the first two doctors I had, unfortunately the last two not so much. I wont be returning
MarinHealth Primary Care | A UCSF Health Clinic - Larkspur
Dr. Jay F. Fairborn, MD - San Rafael
Leanora: Best family doctor! Dr.Fairborn has always taken excellent, respectful care of my daughter. Her health is his highest concern!
Dr. Joseph H. Greenberg, MD - San Rafael
Stephanie Curreri-Duff: So I’ve been a patient since I was 16 years old and I’m now 53. Have brought my children in several times today I had an serious emergency and in the midst I failed to remember my appointment. I understand this was my mistake, as we all make them when we’re human. So I called to apologize and try and reschedule. The woman said Very condescendingly, I’m sorry we cannot reschedule you at this time. I will have to talk to my manager and see if it’s possible. For such a long term patient, That was a slap in the face. and I just said oh no no I’ll go somewhere else thank you. I don’t recommend going there. If you don’t want to be treated like a second-class citizen.
Dr. Jason C. Bateman, MD - San Rafael
Andie Lucija: Kind, patience, comforting. Knowledgeable, put me at ease. For being in emergency room I couldnt have had a better dr.
Rachel Yang, MD - Greenbrae
Ranchi di: She’s a wonderful doctor but should be upfront about her pricing. Nobody in the office or billing department could tell me how much it cost before getting billed. I came in for breastfeeding support. Was charged around $1000 for the first visit and around 500 for the follow up. I will say she is very compassionate and knowledgeable.
Kyle Glover, MD - San Rafael
J Y: It’s hard finding a primary willing to accept new patients. Elected to go with Dr. Glover as he is the only one in Marin that I could find. 12 months to get a new patient appointment. I still have 1 more month of waiting. In the meantime, I’ve tried messaging the doctor regarding an Rx that has run out. Left a message with an answering service as well as e-messaging through MyChart. All I got back is crickets. Urgent Care doctor reluctantly refilled a month’s supply of my Rx after advising my primary should be filling the script regardless of not yet having my New Patient appointment (also expressed disbelief over having to wait 12 month wait for such an appointment). I hope this is not an omen of things to come with Dr. Glover.
