One Medical: Bon Air Center - Greenbrae (CA)

1 /5 Josh Jones: It took a while to get an appointment, but that is to be expected. I arrived to the appt early and they got me in about 7 min late. This time was deducted from what Im guessing is 30 min time limits, when I asked about this I was told to talk to amazon. After the prelim blood pressure and family history talk there was no time to go over what I was there for in the first place. I really enjoyed the first two doctors I had, unfortunately the last two not so much. I wont be returning

5 /5 Julie Christian: Kimberlie Keller is a wonderful provider. She listens, asks questions and generally approaches her medical care/recommendations with a natural approach coupled with science. Shes thorough and kind. I feel fortunate to have Kimberlie on my team.

3 /5 Linda Simon: Doctor was great! Lab was terrible! Only two of us waiting and it took 29 minutes to get 1 shot. Never again will I go to the Bon Air lab. Go to Strawberry for quicker lab service.

2 /5 Adam Gray: I thought Kaiser was lacking, but this is noticeably worse. The care feels slow and fragmented, especially in the lab. While the customer service is relatively good, it can’t compensate for a broken healthcare system it’s interfacing with. I’d hate to be seriously ill with One Medical.

3 /5 Laura Phipps: I tried several times to book an appointment for a senior flu shot at either of the 2 labs in Marin. The one appointment occasionally available were not convenient with the blood test I was also having done after fasting. I was able to get the flu shot at the local Safeway. When I went in the next morning for the blood test, I was asked if I wanted to have the flu shot also.It would have been so helpful to have that time shown as open on the on-line scheduling.
