Alisal Health Center - Salinas Sun King (Lunala099): Made an appointment a month ago only to be told on the day of the appointment “You never made an appointment with us”. I know I had the correct clinic, cause I dialed the same number that I made my original appointment with. Now a month later Im told, I never made an appoint with them? what is going on at this clinic? they were oblivious to who I was and to my appointment. So I asked them through the phone, if I could walk inn? They said “Yes” only to reject me when I arrived at the front desk. There excuse: “WE ARENT TAKING ANY NEW PATIENTS" what? another EXCUSE? see this is what’s wrong with government run healthcare. A privately own doctor’s office would take any new patients as long as the insurance is approved. This clinic that made me wait a month and made a fool out of me in a twisted lie, that took me a month to realize. The sad truth is that this will keep on operating like this, without any consequences. Because the reality is that the people who have to go to these run down clinics. Have no other options then to deal with poorly run health practices and poor services these things are. Where keeping tabs on a appointment isn’t a priority to maintain, because of no consequences.
