1 /5 Sun King (Lunala099): Made an appointment a month ago only to be told on the day of the appointment “You never made an appointment with us”. I know I had the correct clinic, cause I dialed the same number that I made my original appointment with. Now a month later Im told, I never made an appoint with them? what is going on at this clinic? they were oblivious to who I was and to my appointment. So I asked them through the phone, if I could walk inn? They said “Yes” only to reject me when I arrived at the front desk. There excuse: “WE ARENT TAKING ANY NEW PATIENTS" what? another EXCUSE? see this is what’s wrong with government run healthcare. A privately own doctor’s office would take any new patients as long as the insurance is approved. This clinic that made me wait a month and made a fool out of me in a twisted lie, that took me a month to realize. The sad truth is that this will keep on operating like this, without any consequences. Because the reality is that the people who have to go to these run down clinics. Have no other options then to deal with poorly run health practices and poor services these things are. Where keeping tabs on a appointment isn’t a priority to maintain, because of no consequences.

1 /5 Emilia J.: One of the ladies working the front desk "assisted" me. I greeted her quite nicely, but she just rolled her eyes at me. I asked a question regarding a test and instead of providing information she corrected me in regards to the test name with the most horrible attitude. I was taken aback so I just said thank you and as I was walking out, she screamed , yes screamed, something to me but to be completely honest I ignored her. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will never go back there.

1 /5 the protector: So i came in with a appt they called me in the morning to come in 15 minutes early so a idid my appt waz at 10:40 i arrived at 10:10am its 11 already and they have not brougth me in. Why make peolple come in 15 min early if there not gonna get you into the room and if youre late a min your appt gets cancelled. Dont come to this clinic has the worst wait time even with an appt.

1 /5 Frank Sins1974: 1ST- when a client comes in they do not acknowledge your precedence they should acknowledge i am there with a 1) will be right with you . would be great. 2nd- when your done seeing Dr and need to make a 2 week follow up once i walked out stood in front of a receptionist and stood there for a good while no acknowledgment again WTH so i walked over to the one near the front door again no acknowledgment so I said hello can you schedule a follow up for me then finally.. this should be something they do on the normal. 3rd- its been 2 weeks and im still waiting for MY RAF to see a specialist this clinkik sucks big time.

1 /5 Yvonne Quilenderino: The lady at check in had her mask below her nose and then kept licking her fingers to shuffle through pages. The building is dirty outside and inside. And the elevator will take you up, but the button to go down has been removed so if you are disabled you still have to take the stairs. Absolutely horrific in general but this is supposed to be a MEDICAL facility!!!
