1 /5 David Zamora: They told me to go in 15 minutes before my appointment and I did but when I got there I was standing there for almost 10 minutes before anyone even helped me out. Then when it was time to see Dr. Silver he probably only saw me for 5 minutes or even less. He barely let me get a word out, it felt like he was trying to rush me out of there. I had better experiences at med-stop because they actually sat down a heard me out. I know the doctor’s office gets busy but if the doctors at Med-Stop can hear me out my primary physician should be able to as well. They even had me get COVID tested before seeing them. Even though I’m fully Vaccinated. I understand that COVID is serious and so I was fine getting a test but what I am not fine with is trying to make an appointment with my primary physician and not being able to until I got tested. Then getting the results back, calling them back to make an appointment, bringing my results as instructed, and then having them not ask or look for them. It felt like I could have seen Dr.Silver sooner instead of wasting that time getting tested. Even the doctors at Med-Stop we’re confused that I had to get tested before seeing Dr. Silver. One of them even said “so doctors aren’t seeing sick people anymore?” I’ve had this issue for over a month now. I been to Med-stop, the ER, back to Med-stop( to get help and the test), and then my primary doctor and out of each experience the worst one I had was with my primary doctor. Which shouldn’t be the case. I’m am very great full for the work that all the healthcare workers do, and I have so much respect for them but today I didn’t feel that same respect reciprocated back to me in a time that I needed help.
