5 /5 Pierce Lowry: Prior to surgery, Dr. Mounts ensured I was more than well informed. He was always patient and kind every time I asked a question prior to getting surgery. Two weeks post surgery, I barely have a scar, my neck already feels better than it did, and Dr. Mounts and his staff check up on me weekly. This has been the best surgical experience I have ever had.

I still have to speak with them regarding my paperwork and medication. They are AWESOME. Always answer all my questions and get back to me right away. I only have to ask once and they always call me back. Dr. Mounts has an awesome team. Thank you for all your care.

5 /5 dean thorstad: Dr. Troy Mounts performed cervical disc replacement on my neck. His team made the process smooth from the pre op and post op appointments to the actual day of the surgery. He was personal, communicative and his skills excellent. My neck and body felt so much better within 48 hours of the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Troy and his staff to anyone needing relief from neck and back pain.

5 /5 Cindy cea: I got my surgery done on 11/05/2024 for a Anterior Cervical Decompression and Fusion at C4-7 , I was really scared alot of people told me not to do it , but I decided I was going to do it , so Im not gonna lie first week was really hard for me not because of the surgery, but it was because you have to manage how to sleep with the collar on, finding a good position on bed to sleep , and yes some pain that you can manage with the medicine they give you after, remember its a surgery so it takes time to heal, on my second week I felt way better , my pain I could said 90% its gone for now I still resting, no more headache no more back pain , and its been only 6 weeks from my surgery, just take it slow on going back to normal life, communication with doctor and his staff was really easy every time I had a question I would just send a text message and they would reply really quick, so far I could said that this surgery did work for me.
