1 /5 Krista Williamson: Its extremely unfortunate that I am put in a position to write this review. The staff at Radys, all around, has been nothing short of extremely disappointing. My 17mo returned to the ER for the second time in less than 12 hours. The second visit, this morning, was a wash. The staff spread misinformation about vaccinations using words like "immune" and "impossible" which is a major red flag. Its my understanding that vaccines only alleviate potential symptoms, and the one in question only has an 80-90% efficacy. My child was not provided care and was sent home in the same condition, if not worse than when she arrived. I requested multiple times to speak with a nurse or doctor on her case and was met with silence. After calling 7 times, being hung up on, placed on extended holds repeatedly, I spoke with someone. This someone advised me to "speak with my husband" regarding my concerns with their teams lack of providing care. She then disregarded my request to document their refusal to run tests or any diagnostics. Her last words to me were, "I cant do anything for you. Im going to have to hang up because I have more patients to help." Then click. Previously, my experiences at Radys were decent. After this occurrence, I feel so blatantly disrespected and disregarded as a parent, its unacceptable especially when I know they will bill me for providing us with absolutely nothing, not even an answer as to why this is happening to her. I feel as though this is medical neglect and I am considering taking legal action.
