    L C: They ignored all my requests and did not listen to what I wanted. She cut/burn me with the nail drill and acted like that was normal. Nails are not smooth or same shape. Horrible experience. Will not return. They got mad because I didnt want the pedi afterwards. I told them nevermind even before they pour water. You can see the red spot where she cut/burned me.

    Rocky Quat: Took my wife here to do her nails and she loved it! This place is a hidden gem in the plaza and if you dont know about it, you may not know where its at as it can be tough to see from the main road. I took my wife here because it was recommended to us by a friend. This place has a new owner and she has the drive and passion to take it to next level. As you walk in you notice how clean everything was and for me that is a plus. There wasnt any chemical smell! Other nail salons Ive taken my wife to have the smell of acetone so strong I cant be in there for very long without feeling light headed. At this nail salon you dont get that which is important to me as a husband waiting for his wife to get pampered. The ladies here were super nice and the way they talk to you, you feel welcomed. They offer you coffee, juice, or lemonade with a pastry when you get your nails done. The decor is nice and bright and you can tell the chairs are new. This is the type of location where a male can come.

    Tatum Mckinley: I spontaneously decided to get a manicure and this place was close so i stopped by. I would definitely recommend. The woman who did my nails was so sweet and she did a great job. I was however disappointed that there was no lotion cuticle oil hand message etc, but i personally enjoyed it as id prefer to use my own products at home.

    shabnam mahzoon: This was my first and last time coming to this place. Ana did my nails and she did a fair job but the customer service is very bad in this salon! Nobody greeted me and it looked like they were sitting in break room playing cards! I asked where are the nail polish colors and the lady with very short hair just yelled from the break room that’s it’s in the front. She didn’t even care to walk over and show me. During my manicure, all the technicians were talking very loudly in Vietnamese with no regard to customers. This was the worst I’ve ever seen it where they talk across the salon to each other looking at customers and talking! So rude!!! NOT COMING BACK!

I have been to Loma Spa several times but will never be going back and do not recommend. I would like a refund.

The ambiance was perfect I was able to relax with no one else in the space but the techinance! Watched a movie and enjoyed small talk. Would highly recommend anyone to go here Two weeks and polish has not chipped and going strong!
