1 /5 shabnam mahzoon: This was my first and last time coming to this place. Ana did my nails and she did a fair job but the customer service is very bad in this salon! Nobody greeted me and it looked like they were sitting in break room playing cards! I asked where are the nail polish colors and the lady with very short hair just yelled from the break room that’s it’s in the front. She didn’t even care to walk over and show me. During my manicure, all the technicians were talking very loudly in Vietnamese with no regard to customers. This was the worst I’ve ever seen it where they talk across the salon to each other looking at customers and talking! So rude!!! NOT COMING BACK!

5 /5 Ligia Law: I have been coming here for years with my mom and she still comes for pedicures every month. The pedicure is so nice it includes the hot wax, the warm stones, massage. It’s a very relaxing environment and the women there are very kind and friendly. It helps to book an appointment before if it’s a busy time.

5 /5 Katie: Tricia has done my tips twice now and has been wonderful. She is very detail oriented and very kind. I enjoy chatting with her while she does my nails. Both times I have gone in with a picture of what I wanted and she has nailed it both times. I will be sad when I have to leave here in a few weeks and go back home! The only thing I miss with getting my manicure here is a little hand massage at the end when my nails are done but it’s not a deal breaker for me. I highly recommend Tricia for sure to anyone wanting nails that last and look great!!

5 /5 Janey Snider: Long time customer of Kaylas Nail Care, over 10 years! Katie is super friendly, very easy to chat with and is the queen of detail. My feet, especially my big toes love her as she takes such great care of the extra skin / cuticle that grows around the sides. Yenny is my favorite for a gel manicure. The amazing work she does lasts over 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. Ive NEVER had gel manicure do that! My hands are often dry because I cook a lot and often times do dishes without gloves so the nails and my hands take a beating. After Yennys treatment, my hands are soft and moisturized. In addition, my forearms and shoulders are relaxed from her massage.

3 /5 Tracy Crouthamel: Pretty basic nail salon, nothing amazing or out of the ordinary. Massage chairs are a bit old. No water jets in the foot soaking basin. Technician tried to cut my nail downward which causes ingrowns but thats unfortunately a very common practice. Fairly clean as far as tools. They use an autoclave sterilizer and opened the tool bag in front of me. Removed my gel polish pretty well too without much cutting of my nail. Wouldnt go again, although theres nothing glareingly wrong or at issue. Its just an ok place.
