I showed the lady one picture of what I wanted (french tips with a thin line, something a little more on the natural side) and she replicated it almost perfectly! They’re also very nice and sweet, they gave me and my friend water bottles and treated us so well. Their salon is beautiful.

Finley Webb Went in before a weekend girls’ trip and asked for something trendy — they did NOT disappoint! The salon had all the new chrome nail powders I’d seen online. My set looked straight off Pinterest. Staff was so chill and made the whole thing fun. Highly recommend for anyone who loves up-to-date styles.

Charlie Lamare Oz Disappointed. I literally got my nails done on Monday. It is now Saturday night, and two of my nails had broken. My job doesnt require me to do a lot with my hands, nothing that ever led me to broken nails. Ive gotten compliments about them, and I like them, but they could do better.

anna This place is a really enjoyable place to relax. I like how they have music in the background while I get my nails done. I’ve been here a couple times and they never disappoint! Their color options are something I’ll never get bored of. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. It feels like a family as you talk to them. I like how Tiffany does my nails as she is really artistic and can do absolutely beautiful designs. I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommend you guys to come try it out. It has been a fun experience here!

Anne If you are looking for a legit Japanese delicate nails art, you are at the right place. The owner has qualified training certification, performed strict hand hygiene and use legit products from Japan! It’s nothing like the cheap salon chains. And my nails can last for over 6 weeks each time. I’ve been here for two years now, every time is a surprise and 100% satisfaction

Yeyoung Eusebio I just found my go-to nail shop! It was my first time visiting, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in to get my nails done for my upcoming wedding, and she created the perfect bridal nail design—exactly what I had envisioned. She was also incredibly meticulous with the base work, from cuticle care to nail shaping. Her attention to detail shows how much she cares about her work, and it really makes a difference in the final result. Leena Khanzode Absolutely horrible nails done by Cindy. I got my nails done this past week and the gel Is already peeling off. Each nail was filed a diff shape and she was quite rude. I have been to Loma Spa several times but will never be going back and do not recommend. I would like a refund.

Joan Ang I needed to get a lash lift and tint, brow lamination and tint, mani and pedi done—Loma Spa was the perfect all-in-one place to get it done! I did some research online and found them from Reddit reviews. I booked their services from their online portal 3 days before, and got an email confirmation of the staff who would be attending to me. My appointment was on a Saturday morning and it was not too busy which was great. The receptionist greeted me and offered water or tea (peppermint or ginger). I got an express gel mani and pedi with Jenny and loved the results. It was very clean and precise. My lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint were done with Nina. Last time I did this was 5 years ago and the results were not significant for me. I have short and sparse lashes, so the medium curl she recommended was just the right amount of curl for my eyes. For my eyebrows, I don’t have a lot of hair there so I like how the design was darker at my arches. Nina was very informative of the process, and constantly assured me to make sure I felt comfortable. Thanks for making my first time memorable. Will definitely come back and recommend!

Christine Kobayashi First time trying Japanese gel, and I love it! Lani does excellent work, and she has great taste. My natural nail broke below the nail bed, and it hurt! She mended it so well without damaging my nail. I love that Japanese gel has fewer chemicals and lasts longer.

shabnam mahzoon This was my first and last time coming to this place. Ana did my nails and she did a fair job but the customer service is very bad in this salon! Nobody greeted me and it looked like they were sitting in break room playing cards! I asked where are the nail polish colors and the lady with very short hair just yelled from the break room that’s it’s in the front. She didn’t even care to walk over and show me. During my manicure, all the technicians were talking very loudly in Vietnamese with no regard to customers. This was the worst I’ve ever seen it where they talk across the salon to each other looking at customers and talking! So rude!!! NOT COMING BACK!

Ligia Law I have been coming here for years with my mom and she still comes for pedicures every month. The pedicure is so nice it includes the hot wax, the warm stones, massage. It’s a very relaxing environment and the women there are very kind and friendly. It helps to book an appointment before if it’s a busy time.

Katie Tricia has done my tips twice now and has been wonderful. She is very detail oriented and very kind. I enjoy chatting with her while she does my nails. Both times I have gone in with a picture of what I wanted and she has nailed it both times. I will be sad when I have to leave here in a few weeks and go back home! The only thing I miss with getting my manicure here is a little hand massage at the end when my nails are done but it’s not a deal breaker for me. I highly recommend Tricia for sure to anyone wanting nails that last and look great!!

Giselle If youre looking for the best nail salon in Sunnyvale, Amore Nail Lounge is it! The salon is spotless, the atmosphere is cozy, and my nail design came out absolutely stunning. The owner is incredibly sweet and the staff made me feel right at home.

I only trust her with my eyebrows, I refuse to go with anyone else! She’s on point every time. She only works Saturday and Sundays. Vanessa Michau Tee was recommended to me through a friend. I drove 45 minute to get here and it was worth the drive. I’ve been looking for a ride or die nail tech and I’ve found my guy! Tee is conversational, but super meticulous. He was so attentive and sweet. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Alice Bui Ive been getting my nails done for a while, and I used to always just pay for the gel manicure and it wasn’t until I’ve visited this location where I was introduced to gel builder! Gel builder has been a game changer! It’s a lot more thicker but still natural looking, and I haven’t chipped or broke a nail since! I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve loved my experience every time! Tiffany does an amazing job with my nails, and she’s so nice and patient with me. Tiffany understands my style and she always recommends the best color combinations. Im obsessed with the recent session. 884 Floral Fields with chrome! Ask for Tiffany when you book your appointment! Claire Qin Hoa ngo did a beautiful job on my ombré pink glitter nails. It was my sister and I’s first time going to a nail salon ever. They set the bar high! All the ladies were so friendly and the customer service attitude was great! They also gave me a mask because of the product smell. Angela Hofrichter Update: I went back in and Rose fixed my nails very nicely. I appreciate the effort she put in to make sure my nails were what I wanted them to be. My nail tech did a great job with my acrylic fill and the shaping of my nails. But the French tips left much to be desired. The lines are not at all straight and the color is splotchy at best. I ran out of time and short on patience otherwise I might have tried to have it fixed.

Valerie Tribujenia Got a groupOn for this place, the lady is nice, she took her time explaining what lashes would look good based on my eye shape. It was good consultation for someone who hasnt had lashes at all. She was also gentle, the set up was comfortable, she offered a blanket and pillow under my knees as well. She got good after care instructions and you can see her work on IG. I just think lashes are for special occasions, i dont think id do it on a regular basis. I wouldnt mind going back if i decide to continue on with it. VICKY is very nice and cares for her business.

Bingying Ma Came from Groupon. Had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The nail technician was incredibly attentive and patient throughout my entire service. The nail care was thorough - she took her time with cuticle removal and the hand/foot massage was very relaxing and professional. While the color selection was somewhat limited and didnt have the exact shade I was looking for, the owner went above and beyond to help mix and match colors to recreate my desired look. The salon is clean and cozy. Although they could benefit from expanding their color options, the excellent service and attention to detail make this place worth returning to.

Jillian Aceves DO NOT go to this location unless you have like 4 hours to spend doing nothing. They had one person working. And so if you go with friends or family as I did. You will have to take turns and you cant sit and visit with the people you went with in less it is just 1 other person. It is a very small place. Not very many colors to pick from,and the colors she has if you want your finger nails and toe nails to match forget it. It wont happen here. This place charges WAY to much.

Divya kathiravan I visited this salon after a disappointing experience with another local place, and I’m so glad I did! I called to check if they could accommodate a waxing appointment in 20 minutes, and they immediately confirmed. I opted for their chocolate waxing service since I have sensitive skin, and it was fantastic. Having tried several places around the Bay Area, this one stands out for its excellent value and quality service. Navpreet did an amazing job—quick, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Oindrila Dawn Ive been a regular at this salon for threading for quite some time, and they consistently deliver great results. This time, I decided to try their facial, and I was equally impressed! A special shoutout to Aman. She does an absolutely amazing job with threading and facials, etc. The rest of the staff are also pretty welcoming. Jyoti, the owner, is pretty accommodating and always tries to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Veronica Esquivias My mother and I went to get our eyebrows waxed here, and it was a painful experience. When we returned the next day, the staff kept telling us that we have sensitive skin and that our eyes looked fine. They almost convinced us that its normal. I dont usually rate my visits but I dont recommend going to this place for eyebrow waxing. I have posted pictures of our after look, you can judge whether or not its normal.

Moe *I wrote and posted this review on the day I received the service at this salon, but my review got deleted on the next day. This is the repost of my original review. Also seems like the other one star review wrote by someone other about a couple of week ago also got deleted. Very bad experience with the owner. Would rate 0 stars if possible! Like other reviews have said, this salon is very money hungry and shady. I went to go get my gel nails removed, and booked the appointment online. The online menu led me to believe that the removal would cost $15 dollars (though after carefully looking at the menu and interpreting the broken and grammatically incorrect English, I realized it would be $45). I received confirmation emails, none of which had any pricing information but did have the service requested: "only gel remove - no new set" (which online is $45). When I went to the salon, the conversation with her wasnt too pleasant as she was bashing other salons in the area. When it came time to pay, the register rang up at $60!! She didnt explain the charges and seemed rushed and annoyed since another customer was waiting (p.s. be aware this salon does charge a credit card fee). She made me feel pressured to not ask any questions and to hurry up and pay. After returning home, I decided to call the salon because a $15 discrepancy is pretty significant. Her attitude over the phone was bad, and she claimed that she had told me that "cutting and filing" cost an $15 and thats where it got added on to the $45 price . I was asked during the appointment if I wanted my nails cut after the removal, but there was no mention from her that it would be an extra charge, nor does it say anywhere on her online site that that is a provided service associated with a charge (and she lists multiple extra charges so I find it hard that that was an omission). Additionally, she claimed that it was posted on a menu with prices, however I never saw the menu nor was I shown one before I could make a decision. Overall during the phone call, she was rude and seemed completely content with her business practices. What happened happened, and it cant be helped, but it seems shady that she would just arbitrarily add charges without being upfront and transparent about the cost (and it seems like reading other reviews that other customers have had similar experiences too). What I found more disappointing than the charges though, was her attitude and tone when dealing with this ordeal. Future customers, tread lightly and beware. Best be very clear and ask about charges before agreeing to anything at this salon. Very unfortunate and disappointing experience. Edit: Turns out she cut and filed my nails way too short. She was in rush while she was cutting my nails. Its bleeding and applying any pressure on it causes a lot of pain. Really not a great experience at all. Highly do not recommend.

Jade New Finding the location may be tricky, its located inside Salon Republic where multiple independent artists have their own rooms. Its right on the corner of Target. Yuka and Marie are very friendly and really make sure they do a stellar job. Theyre meticulous and careful and very talented artists! I was lucky to call ahead and get a same day appointment, but making an appointment is definitely recommended as their art can take some time, (thats why it looks so pretty!) I felt very comfortable the whole time, Marie also made sure to ask questions along the way :)

Ive been scarred by other nail salons attempting to do really simple nail art and failing miserably, but Yuka restored all my hopes & dreams. She was super easy to communicate with leading up to the appointment and transparent with her quotes. Its definitely a splurge, so be ready for that, but the end result is worth it. Shes very detail-oriented and fully recreated what I was hoping for. Thank you, Yuka! Its definitely one less thing to stress about prior to my honeymoon :)

Ultra Violet I did a walk in appointment around 1pm. I’ve been here one other time and loved the atmosphere. The ladies doing nails are so nice. They also didn’t rush doing my nails and took time. I tried GelX nails and they were also happy to size the nails to my preferred length. Overall, I had a great experience and was happy they accommodated me! Thank you Elegance Nails and Spa!

Jonelle Dinglasa This was my second time coming to the salon. I was please with my first experience with Yen and wanted to come back for my birthday nails. I spoke the Emily (whom I believe is the manager) and sent her a picture of the design I wanted. Yen learned how to do the 3D flower design the same day I came in. Ivy did my pedicure and she was nice just like everybody else in the salon. I strongly recommend coming in!

Vanessa Kumnoonsate I came here with my cousin for both of our first nail appointments, and the ladies made it a wonderful experience! Although it was a busy evening and my appointment was pushed back a bit, they made sure to accommodate us. My appointment ended up running past closing time, but Yen, my nail tech, never rushed and took her time to make sure my nails turned out great. I’m really happy with the results! Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I really appreciate them staying late for us. Plus, they even gave us snacks!

Sai Prabhakar I always have good experience with my hair cut here. Brenda takes the time and doesnt rush through the cut and always gives me the cut I ask for. The place gets busy sometimes so call ahead for a reservation. This is a no-nonsense clean place, the staffs are nice, and is quite affordable at 18$ for the cut.

Gege Or The Best nail services: I’ve been around for the longest time, travel all over the world, and never have nail services as good as Wen’s! I was referred by a good friend, and this is my first time to this salon, I have gel nail service, cat eyes, manicure and pedicure…., due to my nails was crooked n have been abused from many nails salon before, it took Alley 4 hours to fix all my nails, she was helpful, the owner was kind n did not rush me at all, top-notch services, from making appointment n explaining all of my questions. I am so lucky to find them, if you in need of the best nail service experience, this is the place to go! **** still going strong, after six months of services, it’s only gets better, and I see the improvement of my nails condition, thanks again Wan♥️

Libby Li This salon and spa is amazing! Ive been getting my nails done here for the last few months and plan to continue to do so. I get gel nails with builder gel, and they always last 6+ weeks without very minimal or no chipping. Alley is really meticulous and great with designs as well; she hand painted intricate designs perfectly for me in the past. I also have gotten lash extensions here before as well, and the retention is really good. I usually only do them for special occasions so I dont typically go in for fills, but I still have a good amount of the lashes 2 months later. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality nails and lashes!

I had two bad experiences with them 1st I went to color my hair and mistakenly they mix the wrong color so my hair look really ugly. Everyone make mistake so I thought its ok and I went to professional salon to fix my hair. 2nd time I make an appointment for my nails, they start getting busy so they mess up my nails again. Look like they are really unprofessional. They dont have any knowledge about hair and other beauty stuff. I choose this salon because its walking distance from my house. Now I am ready to drive rather choose a bad salon. Really unprofessional salon. I dont suggest anyone to go there. Please, if you care about yourself, dont choose this salon.

Kim Jackson Annie is so cheerful and caring, and does wonderful work. She massages my hands, feet, and lower leg as part of her manicure and pedicure service. My nails and feet always look so good when I walk out of the shop!
