I did some research online and found them from Reddit reviews. I booked their services from their online portal 3 days before, and got an email confirmation of the staff who would be attending to me. My appointment was on a Saturday morning and it was not too busy which was great. The receptionist greeted me and offered water or tea (peppermint or ginger). I got an express gel mani and pedi with Jenny and loved the results. It was very clean and precise. My lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint were done with Nina. Last time I did this was 5 years ago and the results were not significant for me. I have short and sparse lashes, so the medium curl she recommended was just the right amount of curl for my eyes. For my eyebrows, I don’t have a lot of hair there so I like how the design was darker at my arches. Nina was very informative of the process, and constantly assured me to make sure I felt comfortable. Thanks for making my first time memorable. Will definitely come back and recommend!
