1 /5 Leena Khanzode: Absolutely horrible nails done by Cindy. I got my nails done this past week and the gel Is already peeling off. Each nail was filed a diff shape and she was quite rude. I have been to Loma Spa several times but will never be going back and do not recommend. I would like a refund.

5 /5 Joan Ang: I needed to get a lash lift and tint, brow lamination and tint, mani and pedi done—Loma Spa was the perfect all-in-one place to get it done! I did some research online and found them from Reddit reviews. I booked their services from their online portal 3 days before, and got an email confirmation of the staff who would be attending to me. My appointment was on a Saturday morning and it was not too busy which was great. The receptionist greeted me and offered water or tea (peppermint or ginger). I got an express gel mani and pedi with Jenny and loved the results. It was very clean and precise. My lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint were done with Nina. Last time I did this was 5 years ago and the results were not significant for me. I have short and sparse lashes, so the medium curl she recommended was just the right amount of curl for my eyes. For my eyebrows, I don’t have a lot of hair there so I like how the design was darker at my arches. Nina was very informative of the process, and constantly assured me to make sure I felt comfortable. Thanks for making my first time memorable. Will definitely come back and recommend!

5 /5 Christine Kobayashi: First time trying Japanese gel, and I love it! Lani does excellent work, and she has great taste. My natural nail broke below the nail bed, and it hurt! She mended it so well without damaging my nail. I love that Japanese gel has fewer chemicals and lasts longer.

3 /5 Floww: Went here for a pedicure with a friend, and it was a very nice and relaxing environment overall. Theres a pleasant herbal scent throughout the salon. They offered water or hot tea at the start. The pedicure felt nice, although we paid for a 45 minute pedicure and the session only lasted 35 minutes, with the worker disappearing for ~5 of those minutes in the beginning.
