Tatum Mckinley I spontaneously decided to get a manicure and this place was close so i stopped by. I would definitely recommend. The woman who did my nails was so sweet and she did a great job. I was however disappointed that there was no lotion cuticle oil hand message etc, but i personally enjoyed it as id prefer to use my own products at home.

I’m Irene a CA licensed cosmetologist and I recently started working at a here after practice Japanese nail art for a 1.5 year. I’ve earned certifications in Gel-X, Acrylic Nails, and Japanese “Leafgel”. Since I want to improve my skills and create more designs, I’m offering a special price for a limited time (duration undecided)$60 for any design within 1.5 hours and $70 for Gel-X. I’ll do my best to meet your requests using the nail parts and colors available from myself and the nail salon. Tamlin Matthews It smells so pleasant in the room, chairs are relaxing, and everyone is friendly. Suzie (spelling?) was especially friendly and helpful with some foot issues I have from running. Honestly, she was more insightful than my doctor and I feel confident that the tips she gave me will improve some of my foot pain.

Rocky Quat Took my wife here to do her nails and she loved it! This place is a hidden gem in the plaza and if you dont know about it, you may not know where its at as it can be tough to see from the main road. I took my wife here because it was recommended to us by a friend. This place has a new owner and she has the drive and passion to take it to next level. As you walk in you notice how clean everything was and for me that is a plus. There wasnt any chemical smell! Other nail salons Ive taken my wife to have the smell of acetone so strong I cant be in there for very long without feeling light headed. At this nail salon you dont get that which is important to me as a husband waiting for his wife to get pampered. The ladies here were super nice and the way they talk to you, you feel welcomed. They offer you coffee, juice, or lemonade with a pastry when you get your nails done. The decor is nice and bright and you can tell the chairs are new. This is the type of location where a male can come.

tarynkraus I live right around the corner from this salon and it’s such a hidden gem. Their prices are 30-45% cheaper than Kitchen nail bar across the street and T&T does just as wonderful of a job. In the couple times I’ve been here already it’s obvious they have a lot of regulars. Ivy did my standard acrylics with a black French tip ($45) and they’re just perfect. Looking forward to my next set already!

Stephanie Condon Had such a great experience- I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to fit me in. I showed a pic of a dress Im wearing to a party, and Vivian was able to match my nails perfectly. They look fantastic!!

Aaliyah A Got short ombré ballerina shaped acrylics done by Kelly and they turned out literally so amazing! She was quick, efficient, detailed. I’ve gotten my nails done many times and this is the very first time I absolutely loved them. Had absolutely zero issues. This was the first time my nails were burning and bleeding! She managed to do exactly what I wanted!!! She made great conversation and she also was okay with me being quiet!!! I can’t explain enough how much I love this place and it’s only my first time! Definitely a new long term customer! I found my nail place and I highly highly recommend this nail place! I got an appointment the next day, if you’re looking to get nails down right away! Definitely check these ladies out!!!

L C They ignored all my requests and did not listen to what I wanted. She cut/burn me with the nail drill and acted like that was normal. Nails are not smooth or same shape. Horrible experience. Will not return. They got mad because I didnt want the pedi afterwards. I told them nevermind even before they pour water. You can see the red spot where she cut/burned me.

Jayla Ehrler Ive been to SO many salons here on SJ. NONE COMPARE. My nails were done by Sara, shes incredible. My toes were done by Linda and same. Nails came out to $85 because of length and extra design. Toes, $45 (gel polish, $35 for basic). Everything was perfect. Definitely coming back. Worth every penny, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. May not be the cheapest, but WORTH IT. Amazing quality.

Sunny I made an appointment online with Kim for 5pm. I got a gel pedicure and its beautiful! The massage was great, I fell asleep in the chair. I love that you can book appointments online without having to call in. They also accept walk ins.

Victoria Evans Friendly staff and good service. Clearly stated pricing for everything as well as quick and efficient! Wish I remembered to get photos while they were fresh. Price was 100 for a mani-pedi with a sugar scrub, which I think is very fair pricing.

carmen m Jackie did a terrible job on my toes and she has a very bad attitude. She hurt the back of my heels and made them bleed when she was scrubbing them. She is, Totally in the wrong field. A five year old could have done a better job painting my toe nails. Thankfully another technician fixed it. I don’t think I’ll ever be back. I will say though Chee is very nice, she is the only reason I went there. I will not go back just so I don’t have to see Jackie she made me very upset because getting your nails done is not cheap so if I have to pay that much I would like to get a nice clean job. Not a messy one plus a bad attitude

Katricia Lee It was my first time ever getting nails done so I had absolutely no knowledge on the types of nails I could get. I believe the lady who helped me was named Helena. She was very patient with me and walked me through what might be a good option for a first timer. I wanted a design on my nails, I showed her a reference photo for the vibe I was going for (photo attached) and she NAILED IT (no pun intended). I absolutely love my nails. I would come back 100%

Britny Asbury I just moved to the Area so I was looking for a new salon. I came in here today. To have my eyebrows waxed and to get a fill and I must say that Judy and Lynn are absolutely amazing. All the girls who were working this morning greeted me right away!!! I highly recommend this salon. The girls are just absolutely amazing. This is now my new go to salon. P.S , if you are Like myself, I am new to find out about the powder only for your nails. I highly recommend it they are so light they feel like your real nails and I would’ve never known about this unless Judy Gave me a lesson on the new powder only!!

Such great attention to detail, especially around the sides, which is often bumpy in a few days when not smoothed properly. She really took her time helping me pick a color that goes with my skin tone and with shaping. Thank you Nu.

Alida Lehman My friend introduced me to Bellagio and I’ve had nothing but great experiences until recently. The last four times I’ve gone to get a gel manicure the nails have chipped or broken within one week of having them. I am not very rough on my hands and I typically do my best to maintain my manicures or as long as possible, but I’m pretty disappointed that they seem to just be rushing through and it’s not paying attention to the small details that will make sure that a manicure lasts. I got my most recent manicure on Sunday, July 14 today is Friday, July 19 and as you can see from the pictures, the nails have already chipped on both hands.

Priyanka Gupta This was suppose to be my go to place for gel nails and for the very first time I tried Dip powder nail which is meant to last longer.. but I had a bad, a very bad experience!! Firstly the lady hurt my cuticles and it started bleeding right away… secondly after dipping my nails in the powder, she made me keep my nails under the UV machine (meant for gel nails) .. and lastly, today the polish just came off my nail as shown in the picture.. its not even a week that I had this service done! I would never return here.. paying $40+ for a service like this is not worth it ! I would not recommend this place for Dip nails.

Dayana Buenrostro After going with Tammy for years all of a sudden my nails were not lasting chipping within days of me getting them done I started to get annoyed because they wouldn’t even last a week she kept saying it was my job when I’ve been working at the same job for 10 years . When I told her it was probably her product she got upset. If you’re going to raise the prices and have product that is cheap that is not fair !! I was a loyal costumer and this is how I am treated never will I be going back.

Vanessa Moralez Worst experience ever. This is what I was left with after two hours. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for a tech who does dipped powder. I also confirmed before sitting in the chair … dipped powder with natural almond shape with no color. The nail tech Loan is who I was scheduled with— their card says “manager” the way she handled my hands, from filing and putting the tips was rough and aggressive. I was mentioning to her that the tips were crooked and she told me no they weren’t. (At that point I should have known better and ended the service) When I asked Loan why my nails were so flat and pointed upwards— Tammy comes to the table and says I’m supposed to ask for natural curved tips vs the new Flat style that is popular. I explained I’m not a nail tech and how am I supposed to know you are using different tip styles unless YOU as a nail tech explains my options and communicates the different options. Tammy also says I should go to a place that uses the curved nail tip….. and I should ask!? Never in my lifetime of having my nails done have I have had to make a request of a tip shape. The only thing I’ve ever had known of is a white tip vs the clear… Of course the entire shop erupted in conversation in their native language and was such an awkward situation — Loan did what she wanted regardless of my feedback. From the phantom filing where the file didn’t hit my nail to the aggressive filing and peeling the excessive acrylic all over my cuticle area, bottom of the nails and on the bottom g of my fingers. My nails are uneven, crooked.. flat and not even matching. As the extremely disappointing experience. I was actually treating myself wanting to feel a little more girlie, since I cut back on unnecessary spending- with a special event this weekend decided to treat myself. To now be in tears and really embarrassed of this horrible experience and end result. I have just finished my 3:30 new set & 4:30 pedicure scheduled — intentionally scheduled different times because I like to enjoy the experience of each service separately and to avoid the potential for my hands to have any distortion with the awkward angle being in the pedicure chair. Almost 7:00pm I usually only get a pedicure here, but after this experience I will have to find a new spot for sure.

Zehra R Everyone were very friendly. Kim did my pedicure. She was wonderful! She was meticulous and gentle throughout. She was also pretty quick. From walk-in to out the door and paid was 40 minutes and my toes look great! I went back a second time and got a new pedicure and manicure too! Lynn did a great job on my nails, was super patient, and made sure I liked things along the way. I found the cost to be VERY affordable for the Bay Area.

Ember Kat This was my first time here and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Nail files scare me (bad experiences from other nail salons) and Lynn was extremely accommodating to this, very gentle and always making sure I was okay. I got exactly the design I wanted, pain free! I couldnt be happier and I look forward to going back!

Ruchi Vyas I see amazing reviews for this place but somehow I’ve always had a sub par experience. I’ve shown them simple chrome nails from their own google reviews and yet none of the techs can replicate it. Most of them are very rough with filling and cutting cuticles. I always end up with cuts and burns. However, the cleanliness is pretty good and they use decent quality materials which is the only reason I still go here. Hoping for a better experience someday.

Angel Shen Went in for a fix because I messed up my nail polish. The owner was so nice that she didn’t charge me anything. The way they value relationships over revenue says everything. Also loving my nails. They definitely earned a loyal customer!

I love how Thi wanted to achieve the best design and took care of me. Queen has also done a great pedicure! Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Jacky Barajas I have been a loyal customer to this salon for serval years. I came in on April 24th around 4pm, for a manicure and pedicure. I was greeted and helped right away. Megan did my manicure and Holly did my pedicure. While getting my manicure, Megan seemed not to care about my concerns. I specifically asked her to clean up the dry skin around my fingers, but she barely touched them, my cuticles still looked rough. I felt like she completely ignored my request without saying a word as well. Some nails looked like they were missing nail polish. After she was done, I told her that one of the nails looked bulky and a lot of product was applied and not buffed out. Again she didnt say anything and used the nail filer to fix it, but it left that single nail oval on one side, when all of my nails were square. Im usually the customer who never speaks up if they dont like their nails, but this time I decided to speak up for what was bothering me, and I get ignored. It seems like they care about how many people they can help, instead of giving great service.

Nay Rodriguez Came in yesterday 11/19 around 6, lady who did my toes did a very good job. The other lady who did my nails was just rushing to get out of there & when I noticed my nail was not strait I told her & she rolled her eyes & tried to fix it. So then she stopped mid way and had me sit with another nail tech lady because they were rushing to close up. Under my nails there is acrylic. I’ve been coming here for years but the last few times it’s just been bad service. Time to find a new nail place.

K Cole I got an acrylic set and pedicure Saturday morning, by Sunday night after a shower my big toe gel polish bubbled off. Iv never had this happen before. Iv always taken hot showers with no issues. So this was disappointing. The place is just not the same as it was a years ago. Iv had issues and would not say anything because things do happen, I let it go. But come on I just want my toes to last.

Lin Nguyen The worker is nice, but they don’t do a good job here. I usually go to another salon but was in the area and decided to go here. I came back to fix it and the lady was apologetic but kept cutting me. I was in so much pain and it was burning from all the cuts when she rubbed alcohol on it. For $60 I was hoping for a better quality, not a rushed job where it’s painted bad , cutting customers, and doesn’t make sure paint is dry. Update: 2 days later it’s swollen from the cuts . Called them to explain and the lady just tried to gaslight me and didn’t care about the bad paint job / wanted me to drive back to San Jose and waste my gas to show her when she can literally see it through the pictures of how bad this was and was more worried about a review. Don’t go here lmao. Waste of money and they don’t refund you by the way for their mistake!

Anika Maya The final look of my nails is bumpy and uneven. Given that my natural nails are already long and I wasnt getting extensions, I requested a thin application; however, they are now quite thick and feel heavy. While this wasnt terrible, Ive definitely had better experiences with both the quality of the nails and the professionalism of the service elsewhere.

Nancy Camille This was my first time here. The lady asked me what color I wanted. I said I wanted a natural pink. She asked if I wanted “Gel X” and explained what it was. I told her no thank you because I usually just get the pink powder with a clear coat on top. She looked at me offended and repeated herself with attitude, saying, “I asked you if you wanted Gel X”. I repeated what I said in friendly tone. She began to disagree with me for some reason and said Gel X has natural pink colors and proceeded to hand me the nail swatch binder. I explained I had looked through them and decided I want to stick to plain pink powder with a clear coat on top. She argued that the colors she has are natural and then she rudely asked me to clarify if I wanted Gel X, although I had already turned down the offer more than once by now. I repeated it once again that I wanted regular powder/acrylic nails with a clear coat. She began talking loud and in a frustrated manner in her native language to her colleagues. She asked me again to pick a natural pink color - and I asked her if she has just a pink powder. She started going off to her friends again saying things I couldn’t understand. She was clearly mad, agitated, and frustrated, although I’m not sure why. I remained polite, calm, and friendly the entire time. I asked her to cut off the glued nail she had just placed on my pinky in the middle of all this so that I could just leave. She continued talking to her friends, which by the way, none of which stepped in to offer to help. I gracefully stood up, smiled, and left. The receptionist looked sorry and embarrassed, yet still didn’t say anything as I walked out and they lost a customer. Little do they realize that I recently moved out here and was hoping to find “my” nail spot, in which I would generously tip my nail tech and bring in my family’s business. Oh well, their loss and the search continues.

Amita Got gel French manicure done for vacation. And it Started to chip within a week on vacation very disappointed. I had 4-5 nail chip within a week. They said I could come n and they could fix it. When I went it the gentleman there was so rude. No one would help find the shade I had. The lady didn’t even understand English. Was so hard to communicate. They said if I can’t find the right shade then they can’t help. They will charge be another 25$ to redo the full set. Never going back.

Christine Huang This is not my usual nail spot but I decided to try it while visiting family. There are a few reasons for my rating: - hygiene: The nail technician seemingly reused all the tools from the previous client. There was another technician next to her who had her bare feet on the chair next to me the whole time. - longevity: my nails have chipped within 2 days. I didn’t get gel, but my nails usually last at least one week at my typical nail salon in comparison. - attention to detail; I had to ask the technician to fix the lumpiness of the nail polish and to ensure that my nails were cut the same length. I think this contributed to my nails chipping so quickly. This is just personal preference, but I also didn’t love how they dipped my entire hand in acetone versus the typical foil wrapped gel removal method. The one positive is that they were right on time.

Brenna Wahl I have been coming here since I was a teenager when it was Lovely Nails! I love it even more now with the rebrand, I love that they give you a little chocolate and everyone is so nice and friendly. The massage is always amazing too!

Miss Lisa My daughter and I went here for the first time and Vicky and Tai did an amazing job from the pedicure to our nails. Tai takes his time and does an excellent job on your nails. Great colors and awesome designs if you want them on your nails. Our go to nail salon now !
