1 /5 Vincent Jenkins: I’ve been going to this shop for years I was referred to them by a family member. The first job was an entire engine rebuild on a jaguar which I paid a pretty penny for. I owned a rental car service as well and used the shop to repair. At some point prices started to change, and I was being charged more than the franchise dealership for certain services. Then my cars were being kept for an extended amount of time with no explanations. Come to find out my Porsche was being driven around town for two months and was not being serviced then it was returned to me with zero gas the headlights on and a dead battery. Didn’t even make it home after paying him thousands of dollars for the service and him keeping it for two months with no explanation. The specific service was something simpler, just tires, brakes oil, and swapping out a battery & driver seat. Tried to confront him to see if he could redeem himself on the situation and repair the car. He refused to replace the battery that he killed or address any of the issues that were requested to be repaired upfront two months prior to pick up. This guy is also an Interstate station but refuses to service the batteries as well, even after selling them and killing the battery himself and these are not cheap. The owners behavior changed most recently, and I can only assume its some type of substance-abuse or problems at home. His behavior is strange for someone clearly messing up a simple request. I would advise steering clear of this service station. They’re just trying to make a quick buck and burn everybody.
