4 /5 Nathan B.: Even with an appointment, I had to sit over an hour in the waiting room. I cant imagine the walk-in wait time, so be sure to schedule ahead. The nurses were very kind despite being so overworked. Went for an initial gender-affirming hormone therapy visit, felt genuinely understood & respected during the appt and left with a hormone prescription :)

5 /5 Eliza Deed: I had a great visit today. I went in at 8:30, and was immediately provided assistance. I thought I may be having a negative reaction to the Ella pill, but after thorough attention and tests and etc, I may be experiencing a Kidney issue. The doctor wanted to try everything she could to make sure I was okay. I’m in a lot of pain, but this place was patient, sweet, thorough and more. I was scared to come due to the reviews, but very happy I did anyways. I appreciate their assistance

5 /5 Natali: Had a great experience. I can say wait times are a bit extensive but regardless of that they provide good care. Esmeralda made me feel extremely comfortable! She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. They figured out what’s going on with me in-house with out having to wait days for results. I had a great experience overall!

Komal K.: While most Sutter healthcare providers write doctor’s notes when patients are ill, Gagandeep Hira (a nurse), does not. This is very inconvenient and irrational. She is the first Sutter healthcare nurse who is dismissive when it comes to the concerns of patients. I was not happy that I had to see a nurse even though I pay top insurance. While the staff are very helpful, I will not be returning and will recommend others to stay away from the specific nurse ‘practitioner.’

You may not like the information they are providing, but it is accurate and you need to understand what they are telling you is reality. I have worked with and seen a lot of providers. Dr. Lang and Dr. Chin go above and beyond my expectations.

Gabby Juarez: On Sunday January 12, 2025 my mom was sent over to UC Davis from Marshall Hospital due to an orbital fracture and a fractured nose . When I arrived all they had given her was Tylenol for the pain and barely slept due to them not giving her a pillow I asked for said pillow and they advised me that they were out . Dr’s told me that in the Morning she would be admitted into a room and she would get an Echo scan of her heart .. that never happened . The room situation also never happened and we go wheeled into the hallway instead . My mom was extremely upset and wanted to be let go and mind you we had already been waiting 14 hours and nothing happened. Nobody even came to check up on us one of the nurses that had nothing to do with her area was willing to help and I asked if there was anyway my mom can be let go because we were done waiting and we would rather get treated from San Jose And she disclosed that she would look into it as soon as possible. I tried talking to the trauma nurses from day and one of the nurses was extremely rude and close. The door on me told me that they were gonna tend to a new patient that was coming in and somebody would probably help me later. Come to find out that patient was up getting a room away . I asked where the bathroom was because my mom needed to go to the graven. Nurse barely helped me. She pointed me to the direction of the restroom, but then after that we were on our own. The doctor that came to see my mom before we left was adamant about letting us go home. I told her well we haven’t been. Talk to you at all and she tried to reassure us that it was gonna be fine that she would rather have her be there. I said well I cannot wait until you guys are ready to treat my mom my mom’s in pain. They had her on oxygen and they unplugged it just to place her in the walkway. One doctor came to check out her hand because since she had gotten there, she was complaining about the pain on her left pinky and it turns out that she has a fracture and they wanted to keep her to put a cast on it but I said no thank you we’re just gonna head home She was not too happy about that. Not to mention there is no up keep with the restrooms so Disgusting when I took my mom in there was feces on the floor. The main restrooms inside the building near the cafeteria were also trashed and had OC covers pee all over the floor toilets were not flushed. Counters were so dirty. I did not want to even use the restroom, but I had no other choice since all of them were In the same condition. If you can avoid this hospital, please do not sit foot in there they are rude. They are racist and they pick and choose on how they treat people.

David Galloway: This is an old fashion hometown clinic for your animal. They get to know your pet personally. I love how they treat me and my pets here. You will too. This is the best most caring Veterinary Clinic we have ever be to. We love the staff and they love our pets. They are the best. Recently we had a pet pass away. We contacted the clinic to let them know so they could update their records. A few days later we received a condolence card from the Clinic. But instead of a generically signed card. It was handed signed by each of the staff members. And the Dr. that treated the pet took time to write a personal note. This is what makes this clinic stand out from the rest. We are loyal to this clinic. This is what makes them the best.

Thank you Sutter North for yet again having me come to an appointment that has been cancelled but yet still sending me reminders to show up too just to be rescheduled after sitting in their office for 15 minutes. Health care in yuba city has gone straight down the toilet. Mind you they didnt even know what doctor I was seeing when I showed up. I made this appointment 6 months ago in February to make sure I got seen to be screened that all my pre cancer cells were gone. SEVERELY DISSAPPOINTED

Sutter Davis Hospital - Davis

sybau 5: On March 6 my daughter was transported to Sutter Davis ER after being struck by a vehicle near our house. We received the most horrible treatment for medical staff I had ever experienced in my life. The doctors assistant was rude and acted like she did not want to be there, the nursing staff treated people like we were second-class citizens. I’m not sure if Sutter Davis is a county hospital, but I have good insurance. There was a homeless lady in there and when she asked the staff at the window for Assistance, they treated her horrible. I would not recommend this ER to anyone.
