1 /5 Tiffany: My daughter had her nails done by Phillip. He did not tell her the price beforehand, he only stated that the design requested would be "more expensive." After he finished her nails he charged her $150. When I called him, he lied about what he had said. My daughter has never agreed to any service price before letting me know. I believe that he took advantage of charging her a price for his time. Phillip stated to me that her design "went over into another clients appointment." That sounds like he needs to learn how to both manage and prioritize his time with clients. My daughter should not have been subjected to paying for his inadequacies. That is unethical business practices.
