1 /5 JULIET BAYLOR: Ladybug is a no-go place for me. I can’t imagine that I came to remove my acrylic powder wrapped over my natural nails for $20. I anted to pay wt card and they are asking for extra. Like y do u have bill extra for a choice you made? Ask all your customers to bring cash and stop the rip off!

4 /5 Jemellee Manaoat: Been here a few times but first time rating it. Sandy was very good with the pedicure! Loved my foot massage and she also is very friendly. I love how my gel nail polish came out and loved the color. She really took her time and she fixed my finger nail with no charge. If it were other spas they would have charged at least $5. I’m very happy with my pedicure. I’d come back again.

1 /5 Maria Quintero: I was there today , para hacerme mi manicura. These people work all rude and beat up. With the desire to finish quickly to serve another client. For them, quantity is what counts not quality. And without waiting for a tip???? The work they did to me today was of very quality and my nails were left with a rather bad finish. Im not happy about that. In effect this is my last time I visit this business. Its throwing your money away.

I dont even know what to do except warn anyone who decides to go here… I went for a pedicure and left with a chuck of toe and nail missing.., I told the guy 3 …! THREE times do not touch this nail..: (it is special …meaning it’s difficult to cut and only I can) I’m 35 and have thousands of pedicures with no issues with people not understanding do not cut this. I got in my car and just cried and cried….and even when I got home just cried because it hurts so bad. HORRIBLE. And he kept and extra $10 giving back my change…. I was just so upset and wanted to leave i didnt even argue

Michelle M: I came in on December 8th 2024 and had my gel x removed. The woman who removed them confidently began to drill the nails off. There were moments I was squirming in my seat in pain (my thumb and index fingers) I just thought well, she is doing this so confidently she must know what she is doing? She finished and charged me $20. I left and IMMEDIATELY knew she destroyed my nails. My finger tips and nails were extremely painful. For weeks after they were throbbing in pain. I have NEVER had any issues getting my nails done, I have healthy nails. I sent these photos to my friend who is a licensed mail tech on the east coast and she told me without hesitation that this woman just destroyed my nails and it will take MONTHS for them to heal. It is now Feb 2nd and they are still paper thin and break any time there is any growth at all. I am unable to open any medications at work (I am a nurse) this has affected me in so many ways. I am legit traumatized from this experience and scared to ever get my nails done at a random salon again.
