Helping Hands Childcare I was so happy to get my nails (full set) done by Trina, and my pedicure done by Kim. Both ladies were detailed, social, nice, and made sure that I was happy with their services. This was my first time at this shop, and I can now say that Lone Tree Nails is my new nail shop! Chelsea Barnes 0 STAR The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…. I dont even know what to do except warn anyone who decides to go here… I went for a pedicure and left with a chuck of toe and nail missing.., I told the guy 3 …! THREE times do not touch this nail..: (it is special …meaning it’s difficult to cut and only I can) I’m 35 and have thousands of pedicures with no issues with people not understanding do not cut this. I got in my car and just cried and cried….and even when I got home just cried because it hurts so bad. HORRIBLE. And he kept and extra $10 giving back my change…. I was just so upset and wanted to leave i didnt even argue

Miss Tarrah Ive gone here a couple of times and each time Ive had a wonderful experience. They are clean, polite and friendly! I get my nails filled and designs on every one of them and they are inexpensive. I got a pedicure once and it was great as well!

Juju Juflo “Juflo” This is my first and last time here. What Tina did to my nails was nothing like what I asked for. Unless someone else does my nails, I will not return. I paid $85 for that; what matters to her is money.

Jessica Tfc I LOVE my nails. I got an overly and gel pedicure. My nails come out very natural and beautiful. She uses better products than other nail shops, so my nails last a long time .

Mylen Chv Terrible and horrible customer service. I visited to have my nails removed, but the technician didn’t use the nail removal liquid, making the process hard and painful for me. He handled my nails roughly and wasn’t gentle at all. Despite my repeated requests for more care and gentleness due to my sensitive nails, he didn’t apologize and continued harshly. When I insisted he stop because of the pain, he began yelling at me and acted as though I was pretending. I was shocked and deeply upset, so I decided to leave. I won’t be returning to this place again.

Ijanae “Nae” Love comin here! No one has been able to execute my nails the way *Tu* ( sorry if I misspelled) does! If I come in w a inspo she COPY & PASTE everytime. When she free styles she still applies the pressure. She’s the only one I’ll let touch my nails. They last longer than 2 weeks when I need em too. You get what you pay for and this shop is definitely worth every penny ! Great service w great conversation! Everyone is so friendly!

Alec A Honestly, I was loving the vibe/ people, but if I could say the lighting is extremely low in there. SO to start I was charged $105 ($95 without tip) for a fill and pedicure with gel. My fill was horrible. Wrong color, chipped nails, not enough coats. the guy that did my nails kept answering the phone every 5 min and was not paying attention to detail. Would love to come back, but not if theyre gonna charge me that much, just for them not to care. It was my fault as well for not checking before I left and tipped $10 in total the guy that did my toes (xoxo) you did amazing and took your time, my toes look amazing!

Ashley Ashford Horrible work on my nails! I just wanted overlay and white polish. My nails are so bulky and sloppy. A woman started my nails then called a young man to come finish. He was nervous and sweating, had to stop and wash his hands he sweat so bad! My nails look like big fake teeth on my hands. I’m so irritated i have to pay another nailshop to fix this mess! Older lady did my feet and did a great job.

Shyla Simon Don’t go they ruined my nails then blamed me for going to a private nail tech. I went for a soak off the lady tried to pry the acrylic off my nails. The lady in her words that how they are supposed to do it. In the process she broke my natural nail and tried to glue it back to my skin

JULIET BAYLOR Ladybug is a no-go place for me. I can’t imagine that I came to remove my acrylic powder wrapped over my natural nails for $20. I anted to pay wt card and they are asking for extra. Like y do u have bill extra for a choice you made? Ask all your customers to bring cash and stop the rip off!

Vi R Did not use a base coat so i expect these to last maybe 2 weeks, did not wash hands until finished, did not do a after file/clean up. Said my nail does like this when i pointed out if he can fix the slanted nails. Why so rushed, I really wanted to like this place, maybe Ill give one more chance.
