5 /5 Monique Jenkins: Your children are in the ultimate best hands with this Dr. Elaine, Chrystal, Tamara, Maddy, and Kathy. PAOS is the best Pediatrician in the Central and East Bay area because they are genuinely and conscientious about the care they provide. Referrals, if needed are quick and calls are return quickly? Additionally, they provide same day urgent care and Covid screening. I highly recommend Pediatrics Associates of Stockton, they’re awesome stellar care!

5 /5 Bianey Albors: We always have the best visits when coming to this office. Starting back from our first child in 2021 and now our second in 2024. Dr. B who now cares for both of our kids, is so easy to talk to, and always makes sure to answer any questions/concerns we may have. In addition, the staff is always very friendly and the nurses very caring. Especially Miss Kim who always talks to our daughter and offers her a lollipop after getting us set up for our next appointment. Our daughter now knows her by name lol. We are happy we found an amazing practice to care for our precious little ones. I recommend this office 100%! Thank you Pediatric Associates of Stockton!

1 /5 Mark and Irina Brn: Been years since our kids went here. But parents should be warned. This office is run by a mean girls clique. If they like you theyll likely treat you well and youll be happy with them. If they dont like you, they will treat you badly. Just find another practice ASAP in that case. They arent going to change. The specialist this practice had sent us to under the HMO sent back a request to this practice to provide an injection he knew they had and he considered medically necessary. This practice suddenly declared our son wasnt even a patient there. Even though they were listed as the PCP and had sent him to the specialist under the HMO. Basically we couldnt even go to the specialist without their permission. We had to get the HMO insurance to switch practices for us mid month. About that time the doctor had finally responded to our multiple requests to talk to him about this. But it was too late. We lost all trust in this office. They put keeping the office clique happy above patient needs. There were constant billing issues. The first statement was always a late notice. They hated it if you asked questions about anything they did. I think doing this kind of thing is what results in being left in the waiting room for hours, way past your appointment time while others are called in quickly. You are being punished for annoying them. I filed a complaint with the insurance company on our last experience with them. But when I finally got to speak to the doctor, he just bragged about how we were wasting our time because the insurance representative took her kids there. I bet she was one of the few that got great treatment. He was more apologetic at the end because his staff had not given him all the facts. I pointed out the specialist he himself had referred us to under the HMO where he is listed as the PCP sent him a letter telling them they needed to provide an injection that was medically needed for our sons health. His staff hadnt informed him of that. But he was still scared of upsetting his staff. I would be curious to know if the staff includes a lot of difficult family members or something? That would explain a lot. The office did contact us afterwards and tried to play nice afterwards. But we couldnt deal with their God complex any longer. Ive never experienced anything like this before or since. The one useful thing this practice taught us was to only use PPO insurance in the future. Never get locked into just one practice.

5 /5 Jenifer Mohan: I love Dr. Waters! She is thorough and knowledgeable and listens! The staff are all helpful and kind as well. It’s hard to find a trustworthy Dr who really listens and takes your concerns seriously. I used to be a stay at home mom so I was always the one who took my kids to their appointments. Now it is my husband who is doing it because I am working full time. He feels a little out of place in this new role and so do I! He didn’t really know what to ask or make note of at the kid’s appointment. But he was relieved after getting there because he said everyone was so nice and the kids (who really don’t like going to the dr!) felt comfortable. We recently moved to Lodi so we were thinking about finding a Pediatrician closer to home but decided it’s definitely worth the extra drive to keep them under her care.
