Overall, definitely a five-star experience. The front desk person was also great, in helping me finding the right appointment time.

The receptionist and nurse were both incredibly friendly and patient. Even when an impatient and rude patient interrupted the receptionist, she handled the situation with true professionalism—remaining compassionate, kind, and respectful. I highly recommend this urgent care for their outstanding service and staff!
