MarinHealth Pediatric Care | A UCSF Health Clinic - San Rafael Brandon Pendleton: Zero communication, they have diagnosed twice and both times were wrong, Dr. Sanders is wonderful, unfortunately we had one encounter with a Dr that “you will respect my expertise”, you may be a professional doctor that doesn’t not make you a professional of our child. We were simply expressing the SAME office diagnose her wrong also. And wanted someone to listen instead she took it personal and started throwing flak at my wife.
The team switches between two offices and sometimes they do not disclose this so you end at one office or the other.
Some not all are spiteful and break hippa by talking amongst themselves about your children.
Unfortunately this is one of those, no one else is available and we got stuck with the lowest reviewed care providers. (They had a previous listing with much lower of a rating)
Learn to be humble, meet in the middle, learn to communicate with patients and their parents better.
Over all it’s been a terrible experience - worst experience at a care provider I’ve ever had.
