Hopefully, you will not have to get treatment at this facility. Not worth a single penny. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at UCI Single Billing Office, Matthew, called me broke because I did not want to pay a bill of $1348.40 for popping a shoulder back in. My insurance already paid $4000+.
They want to make a buck off of you. You are nothing but a number to them. They will disrespect you if you do not want to pay. Make them beg for that money. They dont deserve your good side.

Anaheim Global Medical Center - Anaheim Keila. I Rivera: Had my first surgery done yesterday
And what an amazing experience I had. I was very nervous. The nurses are very sweet they kept me company all the time before surgery and after they never left my side. If I needed anything they were always there. The surgery team was amazing they kept telling me jokes and helped me stay relaxed and calm. I’m so great full my first surgery was an amazing experience
OC Urgent Care Anaheim - Anaheim Heidi Yrigoyen: Always quick efficient and clean seriously the only urgent care Ill go to. Always super helpful friendly and knowledgeable, I dont like any other urgent care as much as this one in orange county. Never a long wait either!
Anaheim Market Clinic - Anaheim Doug Bradshaw: Out of town visitor that had a small wound opened up. They got me in quickly doctor and staff all very nice and helpful
MemorialCare Medical Group - Anaheim - Anaheim josh alonso: I was so fortunate to find Dr. Melissa Gutierrez last year. Good Drs are really hard to find these days but shes an amazing one. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and looks for ways to help you and make you comfortable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number on her books. Every interaction Ive had with her and her team has been a very pleasant one and they have all made me feel good after each visit. Thank you Dr. Gutierrez!
Gateway Medical Center - Anaheim Lisa Valdez: Im absolutely disgusted by the staff. No communication at all, super rude, and incompetent. Dont even get me started on their attitude. I have yet to hear back from the doctor about my postive test results and what that could mean for me. When I spoke to the staff about my concerns and why the doctor hasnt reached out to me in over two weeks, the girl on the phone started yelling about how I have to make a separate appointment when its their job to follow up. Dr. Sunny herself is really sweet, and professional. I love how shes attentive and listens to my concerns. However, if you need anything at all from the office staff, youre better off doing it yourself. This isnt my first poor interaction with them but it is my last. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
UPDATE: they finally called me back in regards to my test results 4 MONTHS LATER. The woman over the phone laughed about it as if it were some type of joke. I told her it was ridiculously unacceptable and she just brushed it off. They also replied to my prior post with a sad fake apology.
Golden West Medical Center - Anaheim Alissa M: The office staff has no idea what they are doing. I called to get an appointment however when I got there suddenly they didnt. I told them that they were listed on my insurances website as taking my insurance and was told that they do but they wont take mine. They wasted an hour of my time would not recommend them to anyone.
Anaheim Community Hospital - Anaheim Elija slinkard: I voluntarily came here because I was having a panic attack. When I asked to leave, they placed me on a 5150 hold without evaluating me at all which is illegal. The entire time I was here, there wasn’t a single therapist or therapy group offered. The “occupational” therapy was literally them letting everyone go outside and do nothing for 30 minutes. No instruction, no guided activities, nothing. The facility was also so disgusting and unclean it made me incredibly nauseous. Do not send your loved ones here if they need help. This place did literally nothing to help but pump people full of medication. Because I’m pregnant they couldn’t give me any meds so I was forced to sit there and do literally nothing all day. Not great for anyone’s mental health at all.
